woman at desk when I checked in, was mean n rude n also had an issue that I dont speak thai, thn next day in am i was looking for my misplaced mouse n she was rude again!
ants in room
shower in same area as toilet
barely any A/C, and AC turns OFF when you leave so u come back to a 100 degree room!
tv didnt work
NO WORKING internet
didnt give me a renovated room as promised long before I left
didnt give me upper room as promised
no wash clothes or enough tp, Pat did bring me some later
they kept saying to wait for manager nxt day 830a, thn was told 930, then told me I had to wait it takes time, so I gave thm time and ate, when I returned girl says "where were you ?!" I was giving them time that's where I was!

Pros:

Very friendly, always smiling, always helpful, nothing to much, great staff 24/7
