30 meter distance to beach. located in a narrow bar street. after midnight all quiet down amazingly.

Pros: Great location, very friendly front desk. Rooms are basic, but nice.

Cons: They missed cleaning my room for 3 days. The TV wouldn't show any channels.

Would I stay again? Yes

繁華街のど真ん中で、立地は最高。ビーチまでも近く、思わず水着に着替え、軽く泳ぎに行ってしまった。部屋がたまたま良かったせいか、皆さんが指摘されてる騒音もあまり気にならず、部屋も少なくとも不潔ではなく、過ごしやすかった。あえて言えば、説明書きに反して部屋でWi-Fiが使えず、使うならロビーへ行く必要があったり、そもそも古い建屋ではあるが何故か床がデコボコ、またスタッフか客かは分からないが、部屋の外やロビーが夜になっても騒がしいことがあり、そういうことが気になり、文句を言いたくなる人には不適切。自分は、どちらかと言えば、そういう環境であればこちらも遠慮なく気楽に過ごせると考える人間であり、居心地が悪くなかった。またパタヤへ行く機会があって、ある程度安価で泊まれるのであれば、是非利用したいと思う。

立地に関してはソイ7で申し分なく、水回りは古さを感じましたが、まずまず清潔な部屋だと思いました。
しかしながら、ここの最大の欠点は2人で予約しても、チェックインの時に同伴者が居なければ、同伴料金200バーツとられる事です。パタヤなのにびっくりしました。

No water sporadically for 2 consecutive days. When there was water, it was a trickling and a dirty brown color. No soap or shampoo after the 2nd night. Also had ants always crawling on the ground and tables.

Wow where do I start lol. We checked in. Lady spoke zero English, but that can be expected here and there. She took forever just to find reservations. Then we asked for WiFi code and she said there is no code now until later when lady pays internet bill lol. So we went to rooms, 5 flights of stairs up and down. The rooms, we had 3. Room one, the safe was not bolted down to anything and they wanted 100baht a day to use lol. The door handle fell off the door and would not latch at all! We informed the lady and she said we fix later, man is too busy right now. So I said five new room she said no, you already checked into that one. Second room. I sat in there two hours and the ac just blew fan temperature air, so I was sweating for two hours. I told her, she said it’s ok, it’s cooler at night you’ll be ok lol. Third room, the only one that worked properly, but mold and the usuals. Two of us left, the one who stayed regretted it. He said blaring music all night and honking etc since it’s in a main road. It is cheap but not worth it at all!

En uhumsk pengemaskine i et støjende prostitutionskvarter. Hotellet er faldefærdig, personalet kan knap engelsk og selvom der står på deres hjemmeside at værelserne er inklusiv pengeskab, skal man betale 100 bath i døgnet for at bruge det. De beholdte desuden mit 1000 bath depositum.

It was fine. Noisy at night from the bars but for the money it was ok.

フィアンセと合流して、ホテルインしたが、女性の連れ込み手数料を払えといわれ、結局デポジットから引かれた。予約はmr.＆msで予約してあるにも関わらず。

ロケーションは最高だが、バーの音楽が3:00am頃までうるさいので気になる方にはオススメ出来ない。
Soi7にあるのにJF200バーツとるのはどうかと思う。

スムーズにチェックインが出来なかった。サイトはどこですか？質問だらけ？部屋がないと言われた。小さい部屋を何とか用意された。ゴキブリが沢山いた。シャワーは水でした。寝るのも外が煩くて寝れない。

good place have everything, balcony and modern room flat screen , internet was not good in my room, bug sometime at night

Good place for party very noisy to 2 am place not for family vacation, the bed are hard no soft, some live creatures in hotel all the time. No elevator so pretty hard go op stair on 4 floor. But location is good close to center and Soi 7 where party begin

Very easy to find and near location for most of the resort spots in Pattaya, better value!

If you want to sleep at night don’t book this hotel. One side of it is in the mail road with heavy traffic and noise including live music playing lout all night long. The back side of it is neighboring with the agogo
Clubs wich also play louder music until 4pm

値段の割には立地条件は良く夜遊びには好都合なホテル。
しかし、バーから流れる低音の音楽とバー嬢の叫び声が夜中の3時までは非常に騒音が酷い、気にならない人にはコスパは良好、気になる方は耳栓が必須です。
