Pros:

Not worth more than 500 or 600 rupees per night. Absolute looting to ask 2100 for a room where AC doesn't work, electric switches comes off the wall, rusted toilets, broken windows, broken chair, no hot water, mutilated door latches, insisting on cash-only settlement, absolute dirty mug and bucket...... Not exhaustive..... List is endless. Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. But, left next day morning.
Had breakfast outside (in the nearby Sudha hotel). ABSOLUTELY AVOIDABLE PROPERTY.

Pros:

Toilets are not cleanecessarily and space also very minimal.
