Great first time experience in Kisumu City
Pros:

The staff friendliness and courtesy

Cons:

My room was facing the noisy street so i didn't relax as well as i would have liked to. I think street facing rooms should have sound proof windows. Also the air -conditioning should be enhanced; the room was not well air conditioned.

Not coming back again. Kisumu has better options.

Cons:

Noisy Rooms. They took intentional booking and put us in a noisey place.

Rooms are not well rept. Paint is chipping toilet was stained.

The rooms are super tiny

The shower is so tiny

Pros:

Clean, air conditioned rooms in the middle of the city. Could walk to most of my appointments.
Good breakfast as well and very good internet

Cons:

It's next to a major road so got a bit noisy at night sometimes. That comes with the good location though

Fabulous
Pros:

Clean, friendly and helpful staff and meals are also good. Central to everything if you want to explore Kisumu town. Quickmart supermarket just next door and other amenities.
