Perfect place to stay if you are looking to visit the Castle and the mountains.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and it was a short walk to the town center. The location is quiet with a nice garden area with views of the castle. The breakfast was delicious. We ate at the restaurant for dinner one night and my German wife loved the food (so did I). We took advantage of the sauna which is a nice experience.

Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Exzellentes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige und erholsame Atmosphäre des Hauses und die Liebe zum Detail. Selten habe ich mich in einem Hotel so wohl gefühlt. Ah, da ist noch der kleine Gartenpark zu nennen, welcher sehr einladend ist!
Ein besonderes Lob mit herzlichenm Dank an Frau Boer an der Rezeption, welche alle Anfragen mir Geduld und Einfühlsamkeit beantwortete.

Cons:

Bin ein sehr kritischer Zeigenoss, habe aber nichts zu reklamieren.

Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und sehr schmackhaft. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ca. 15 Min. Fußweg in die Innenstadt oder an den See.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Vorteilhaft die hoteleigenen, kostenlosen Parkplätze. Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit - familiär. Sehr gute Küche im Restaurant, Frühstück mit Bioprodukten aus der Region.

We might consider getting back for our next vocation- hope it will be slightly improved
Pros:

Rooms were clean, the unit and the garden were gorgeous. Staff was amazing, breakfast really good and we had a dinner too- tasty and delicious. Good location.

Cons:

All was absolutely ALMOST perfect, until I find 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and then three more in the main room. I assume - since this was a garden unit, they somehow entered inside. Nevertheless, seasonal disinfection must be proceeded. The unit was wahooo- 2 floors, spacy and so nice.
