Schade, dass es solche Hotels nicht öfter gibt .....
Pros:

In dem familiengeführten Hotel wird erfreulicherweise an ganz vielen Stellen der Aufenthalt erleichtert. Das geht bereits beim sehr hilfsbereiten Personal los. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit guten Sanitäranlagen. Das Frühstück war von sehr guter Qualität. Besonders gut war auch das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Sehr positiv waren auch die günstigen Lademöglichkeiten für das E-Auto zusammen mit dem kostenlosen Parken. Außerdem verfügt das Hotel über einen sehr schönen Saunabereich und und und.

Perfekt um alles zu erreichen ohne großen Aufwand
Pros:

Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist es sehr gut aufgestellt. Zwischen modere und Tradition.
Der Service war hervorragend und freundlich so das man sich wohlfühlt.
Es ist sehr gut an die Innenstadt gebunden sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Fahrrad .
Noch ein GROSSES Plus sind das Frühstückbuffet und die außen Wiese die mit Liegestühle zum Ausruhen einladen .
Frühstück hat eine sehr große Auswahl an Möglichkeiten die ich selten so gesehen habe . Vorallen das warme Speisen wechseln finde ich super . ( Z.b. einen Tage gibt es Speck und am nächsten gegrillt Paprika )
Die außen Wiese ist gepflegt und hat sowohl Liegestühle als auch normale Gärten Möbel. Vorallen nachmittags scheint die Sonne in diesen Bereich was es noch gemütlicher macht .
Gerne komme ich wieder.

Cons:

Zwei kleine Kritik Punkte sind auf Zimmer 32 .
1. Die Matratze ist etwas durchgelegen so das man in ne Kugel liegt . Noch nicht sehr schlimm .
2 . Wenn man aus dem Zimmer kommt sieht man zu erst ne dreckiges Fenster . Ich weiß nicht warum es nicht gereinigt wurde (?) denn alle anderen Fenster sind super sauber !

Gutes Hotel mit wunderbarem Personal in schönster Lage.
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück und sehr netter Service in bester Lage mit Blick auf das Schloss Neuschwanstein. Die Zimmer waren rundum sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar und die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Ein Hotel, bei dem ich mich mit dem ersten Fuß in der Tür wohl gefühlt habe. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gutes Essen und sehr nettes Personal. War seinen Preis wert.
