It is not worth for money and hotel require refurbishment.

Breakfast is fine and location is good.

Cons:

Air-con was very noisy and requested for room change and the hotel changed my room. Hot water not working in the room. The tap mixer for hot and cold water not functioning properly and it is defective and end up taking bath with cold water at 4:00am before check-out.

The room was decent. The bed side glass was broken.
The fridge was not functioning properly.

Cons:

They don't allow visitors. And the managing staff keeps checking in on you when you enter the hotel. It's kind of annoying.

Would not stay there again.
Cons:

The conditon of the room was very poor. I declined offer to change room as the hotel overall seemed in a poor condition and stayed only one night (had booked for two nights).
Dusty and dirty wooden fixtures, very dirty and stained fridge (not usable). As fridge was not usable, asked for second key to keep room a/c on so that my food items remained cool but was refused.
Blocked toilet.
Bed was okay

Good location.

Cons:

1. Shower sliding glass missing. So shower water splashing out... ☹️.

2. Floor tiles needs replacement

3. Replace the sanitary ware, taps, health faucet were rusted

4. Air conditioning control broken and difficult to change the temperature setting

5. DTH TV not working ☹️

6. Water heating kettle lid completely broken. Very unsafe to use it in this condition

7. Toileteries were not kept before checking in. Upon request they supplied it

Overall, unsatisfactory rating 😔.
