Posizione top, io ho avuto un problema con la prenotazione ma comunque lo consiglio
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, la colazione è buona e completa (non eccessivamente variegata ma completa).
Da segnalare la cordialità dello staff, soprattutto la ragazza della reception.

Cons:

Ho avuto alcuni problemi con la mia prenotazione che ha rovinato in parte il mio soggiorno.
Nei giorni precedenti al soggiorno ho chiesto tramite messaggio booking un upgrade per passare da stanza senza finestre ad una deluxe.
Purtroppo però non c’è stato l’upgrade pur essendo stato confermato e la prima notte ci hanno proposto la suite. Abbiamo accettato ma ci saremmo aspettati un prezzo differente (sono un cliente Genius di livello massimo di booking e so come funziona solitamente)…
Detto ciò, a parte questo problema che riguarda un caso specifico non c’è nulla di particolarmente negativo.
Come in tutte le città molto turistiche serve una grande attenzione alla manutenzione…

Quirky hotel in central Budapest
Pros:

Central hotel, quirky and interesting decor, well-equipped bathroom with enough toiletries, plenty of storage space, comfortable bed, OK breakfast.

Cons:

Single duvet for double bed (two twins put together) was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. Lack of a chain or lock in the door for extra security. Rooms in the ground floor face a busy street and are a tad noisy.

Great location (walking distance to anywhere), quiet and clean naberhood. Tasty breakfast. Great!

The staff was very friendly, informative, welcoming. Gave exact specific answers to our questions.

Cons:

The "air" in the room, a bit stuffy. Could use some better airconditioner.

Historisches, stilvolles Hotel - perfekt für Stadterkundung
Pros:

Historische und stilvolle Einrichtung! Super Lage nahe des Nyugati Bahnhof. Sehr bequeme Matratze. Dusche konnte sehr heiß gestellt werden. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr sauber. Genügend Stauraum.

Great vacation in Budapest
Pros:

The room was exceptional and the breakfast was very good with changes each day

Cons:

Unfortunately we stayed in room 15 and the hot tub did not work and staff told us later it had not been working for several months. Ideally we should have been told this before we arrived or at check in because the room is sold on the basis that one of its best features is the hot tub. To be fair to the hotel they have given us a 10% discount but only because we complained

vertinu gan neblogai, bet su pusryčiais dar reiktų pasistengti.
Pros:

Vieta patogi, pėsčiomis galima pasiekti daug lankytinų vietų, viešbučio personalas malonus. Kava gan skani, buvo ir putojančio vyno :)

Cons:

Pusryčiai prasti. Dešrelės buvo šaltos, kai kurios net apledijusios, kiaušinienė taip pat šalta, pirmą kartą su tokiu dalyku susiduriu. Lovos kokybė irgi prasta, girgždanti ir nepatogi. Kaip 4 žvaigdučių viešbučiui tai tikrai prastai...
