Super séjour au sein du Cotton House. Personnel très disponible et sympathique
Pros:

L’établissement est super !! Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant nous avons passé un superbe séjour.
L’hôtel est très bien situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied de l’opéra et proche de toutes le commodité, supermarché en bas de l’hôtel et restaurant également.
Le petit déjeuner est très agréable, le choix est varié.

Cons:

Petit bémol, on entend quand même beaucoup les bruits extérieurs et les rideaux ne se ferment pas complètement laissant passer la lumière du jour dans la chambre. Mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

Suite molto grande e personale di accoglienza gentile

Colazione scarsa (soprattutto la parte dolce)
Personale di sala non molto cortese
Camera non insonorizzata, essendo al primo piano si sentivano schiamazzi e auto passare anche la notte

Soggiorno molto piacevole in coppia

Struttura molto bella, con una atmosfera piacevole. Staff gentile e disponibile. Camera molto ampia e confortevole. Colazione ok. Posizione comoda e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici

Ωραία διακόσμηση παλιάς εποχής και ηταν Καθαρό. Το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. Σας ευχαριστώ

Cons:

Κλεισαμε 2κλινο, 2 ατομα. Ανεπαρκές σαπουνι για 2 ατομα.... 1 πολυ μικρό μπουκαλάκι σαμπουαν/αφρόλουτρο (λογικά 10 ml ) ....... σε 2 χρήσεις για πλύσιμο χεριών ειχε τελειωσει .... δεν επαρκει ούτε για μπάνιο 1 ατόμου με λούσιμο μαλλιών.... απευθυνθηκαμε στην ρεσεψιόν και μας έδωσε 2 τεμάχια επιπλέον για να κάνουμε μπάνιο.... επιπλέον η θέρμανση έκλεινε και το δωματιο πάγωνε παρόλο που το είχαμε ρυθμισει σωστα στην ζέστη...... απευθυνθηκαμε στην ρεσεψιόν και μας έδωσε 2 επιπλέον κουβέρτες ..... το πρωινό είναι έως τις 10.00π.μ , όπως παντού που μαζεύουν μπουφέ αλλά πρώτη φορά ενώ τρώγαμε και είμασταν μόνες μας στον χώρο του πρωινού και σε λίγα λεπτά θα φεύγαμε 10.10π.μ έκλεισαν τα μισά φωτα στην αίθουσα σαν να μας διώχνουν.. πρώτη φορά συμβαίνει να κλείνουν τα φωτα και εχω επισκεφτεί πάρα πολλά ξενοδοχεία.

Cazare modesta in Budapesta
Pros:

Curatenia. Locatia. Mic dejun satisfacator.

Cons:

Mirosul de mobila veche din camera. Radiatorul zgomotos, a trebuit sa il oprim noaptea ca sa putem dormi (si se facea frig). Toaleta care se bloca. Prea putin loc sa iti pui hainele.
Nu e hotel de 4 stele. Poate 2, cu indulgenta.

Pros:

Facilities and staff were nice. Location was great. We would walk everyday to the christmas markets. there is a nice kid friendly pub next building.

Cons:

Cotton House was pleasent except the ground floor rooms were very noisy. We could hear the people talking on the streets and loading/unloading of trucks early in the mngs. wasnt nice for my kids to sleep.

It was okay.
Pros:

Their breakfast was superb!

Cons:

When the house keeping just opened my door room after knocking once. I mean how can they do that knowing that the room isn't vacant. I just came out of the bathroom and she was shocked, I was shocked too, and then she asked me if I need anything?. If I need something I will be the one who will go to the reception and tell them. It's the first time that something like that happened to me during my stay in a hotel. In other hotels, typically the staff is just outside and then they will knock like twice or thrice and leave if you don't answer.
