Spoilt by Domestic Hot Water system failure.
Cons:

Long walk from reception to room 136.
Domestic Hot Water failure on Sunday 23-08-2026 during early hours of the night. No hot water available at start of day for all rooms. Hotels of this size would normally have a night shift engineer present or at least an automated alarm system which would contact a call-out engineer. What went wrong?

Very disappointing
Cons:

Alarm sounded every night of my stay in the early hours and the staff didn’t care and I received no apology. Restaurant was closed on the first floor and was a building site but there were no signs or notes stating this.

The beds are very comfortable went in a lot work being done did not look okay
Pros:

The rooms where too far wish I was informed prior to booking have bad knees

Cons:

Pros:

It was like staying in a prison camp .it took 10 mins to walk to room only to find out the windows don't open ,I had a panic attack and felt I was suffocating, neither my husband or myself slept a wink and considered sleeping in the car ,it was clean in the room except the toilet seat was loose and shower gel and shampoo empty, breakfast was OK but a bit cold ,

Wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Good location. Spacious room.

Cons:

Mattress was so uncomfortable could feel the springs. Duvet & pillows were also terrible. Expected a lot better for a “Hilton” hotel.

Pros:

Great hotel, The bed and pillows so comfortable

Cons:

The room was situated too far we had to go up in a lift then a very long walk down endless corridors and then had to walk up a flight of stairs.

It did what was needed for a night likely wouldn’t book again though.
Pros:

Room was nice enough, location was very good.

Cons:

The air conditioning worked sporadically. Apparently, sofa beds are for children only apparently so I was refused an extra quilt. The receptionist was quite rude and unwilling to make an exception. The bathroom extractor fan was non-functional and the corridors to the rooms resembled a hostel. Football game was on and it seemed to screw up the hotel bar and restaurant.
