Cons:

My husband and I are staying here for work purposes. My partner usually works from home, but there is no table in the room for him to work comfortably. Also, the distance from the lift to the room is quite long, which is inconvenient.

The breakfast does not meet the standards we would expect from a DoubleTree by Hilton. Additionally, the service from some members of the team has not been satisfactory. I am not referring to everyone, but specifically two staff members.

I called reception to request milk and tea bags, but no one answered. I then went downstairs myself to get some milk, and I was told that tea bags would be sent to the room, but they never arrived.
