You get what you pay for. This hotel was clean but older, out dated. Water pressure in the shower was almost zero. Asked for change for 1000 Pesos and they didn't have it? Same as the breakfast area.

It is decent for its hotel category. Parking is easy, and the location is convenient for everything: transportation, dining, and shopping.

The staff is friendly, and the property is clean overall, though it could use a little TLC. The age is starting to show in the furniture and fixtures. Will I stay again.. yes.

Good stay

Comfortable bed, air conditioner worked very good and a quiet environment.
The internet was not as good as it has been in the past. While the lobby and restaurant area is well-maintained, the rooms have become a little worn. They need to be painted, the sink fixtures were not in complete form.
The rooms were clean, and the maid service was impeccable. Great staff who is always friendly and attentive.

Room was okay. Looking kind of old. Not the room we requested but it was a late reservation so it was understandable. Staff was nice.

Black water coming from the faucet, shower, and when you flushed the toilet looked like sewage. It was disgusting, could not take a shower and brush our teeth. Too noisy early in the morning around 2am because they were doing some kind of repair.

Staff are nice and friendly. The thing I don't like is the filthy smell along along the hallway (1st and 2nd floor) as well as the lobby.

Friendly staff, lots of parking, good value, but don't expect amenities.

The room was pleasant and large with enough facilities to be comfortable and cool. The staff were told about its lack of attention to detail about cleanliness and such and they really weren’t interested. It’s a shame as it’s the small things that could change this from a 2.5 star to 4 star hotel. Other than that..our stay was enjoyable.

This hotel is old and tired. There was a pervasive smell of mildew in the room. When you turned on the water in the bathroom sink, it came out brown. Although the listing said that therecwas breakfast to order, it was only the Filipino breakfast. Everything else was extra. Even though I had paid Expedia for the room, they tried to get me to sign a credit card receipt for the full amount at checkout. Don't stay here.

Always good comfort and value! A go-to when in Bacolod

Overall the facility was ok except for some area or issue. When open the window curtain and look outside, it is dirty. The toilet flushing water in which the hand held hose for sanitary wash is also connected was appearing to be dirty and dark brown in color. According to the front desk employee it was because the hotel was fully book and there is nothing they can do.

Hotel staff was great, professional and helpful. Bathroom needs better housekeeping. Mildew in shower stall, toilet needs super maintenance.

This was my 3rd time here. Good value for the cost of the room.
