According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Pros:

Pésimo servicio, la habitación no tenía toallas, se llamó a recepción en reiteradas ocasiones y no contestaron
Pagamos buffet para la cena, y el Garzón nos retiró el plato sin haber terminado de comer
El secador de pelo no funcionó, el aire acondicionado solo llegaba hasta los 19 grados y no se podía bajar más
Estaba temporizado y se apagaba

Bom hotel mas a recepção tem muito que melhorar

Bom quarto, confortável, banheiro bom, qualidade no café da manhã

Cons:

Atendimento PESSIMO da recepção, segunda hospedagem minha e segunda vez que me sinto desrespeitado pela recepção, outra coisa foi o quarto não ter a conexão da tv a Internet, a tv é smart e tem os aplicativos de conteúdo mas sem estar conectada a internet nao adianta de nada

El sabor de los alimentos en el buffet

Cons:

La limpieza porque llegamos y las sabanas estaban manchadas y con sangre, no teniamos toalla, no teniamos frazada, las almohadas estaban hediondas a transpiración, no realizan aseo diario pese a que uno deja la luz encendida, no cambian las toallas si no lo pides, etc
Un día entraron a hacer la cama y solo nos dejaron una toalla, no barrieron ni retiraron papeles.
Los pasillos son muy oscuros y si les ponen agua, obvio las cobran.

Valeu muito a pena, pelo custo benefício.
Pros:

Quarto confortável e café da manhã completo.
Gostaria de parabenizar o trabalho dos funcionários da recepção ( Flávio e Aline) , Jessica funcionária da limpeza, Gabriel , Mariana e jaciara funcionários que me atenderam no restaurante.
Todos foram muito atenciosos, comigo e com a minha bebê.

Pros:

Quarto limpo, com bom espaço!
Restaurante sensacional, com café da manhã incluso na hospedagem, almoço e jantar com buffet a R$69,90/kg cada.
Academia pequena, com poucos aparelhos, mas boa para não ficar no sedentarismo, esteira, alguns alteres e máquina para peitoral.

Cons:

Fiquei no quarto 502, o andar 5 estava com cheiro muito forte de mofo e é sem exageros muito escuro, paredes pretas, chão preto, teto preto e apenas algumas luzes na parede, quem tiver claustrofobia ou fobia a ambientes escuros pode sofrer.
Os móveis estão bem gastos, e alguns itens do banheiro estavam quebrados.
Ex. Puxador da porta, chuveiro, porta do box estava pesada quase emperrando, o ar condicionado split estava com as palhetas quebradas e fazia barulho alto durante a noite.
