Quando chegamos no quarto, não tinha disponibilizado toalhas de banho e nem coberta, quando ligamos na recepção nenhum ramal atendia, tivemos que ir solicitar na recepção e também solicitamos agua pois o frigobar estava vazio, e mesmo solicitando ninguém atendeu ao pedido das águas!
Café da manhã com poucas opções, o ralo do box do banheiro entupido, no banheiro tinha sinais de mofo, quando liga para os ramais da recepção nenhum atende, iluminação do quarto é bem escura, ar condicionado quebrado e a cama também estava quebrada embaixo!!

O Hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura, tanto dos quartos como do restaurante. Porém, você percebe que é uma estrutura antiga que falta um refinamento quanto a deixar atual. Meu banheiro estava sem um exaustor, o que deixou com aquelas moscas de banheiro. Isso foi um pouco chato mas qdo vi ja era tarde da noite. Talvez uma higienização melhor do box ajudaria a resolver.

Cons:

Percebe-se que é uma estrutura antiga que não foi atualizada, então alguns objetos, itens e acabamentos tem marcas de desgaste de tempo e falta de manutenção. Não prejudica, mas algumas pessoas podem se sentir incomodadas.
