Nous avons commencé sur de très mauvaises bases .
J'avais réservé cet hôtel car je pouvais emmener mon chat finalement après paiement on m 'annonce que je dois payer 13 euros par chat et par nuit !
Bien évidemment aucune annulation possible j 'ai du laisser mes animaux chez nous .
Pour parler de l 'hotel de façon objective .
Cela n'a rien d 'un cinq étoiles .
Le lieu est bien placé si on compte faire les magasins chic .
Le personnel est sympathique et serviable .
Mais leur politique un désastre ainsi que la musique trop forte.
Il manque clairement une âme et un peu plus de classe pour employer le termes 5 étoiles .

Amazing staff, lovely rooms and great shuttle to the Beach.
Pros:

The room we had was great. One thing I would say is the lack of space for Big suitcases. There is under bed storage, but this was not big enough for a large suitcase.

The 29 Baht Ice cream Cones were Amazing!! Really good value.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, felt repetative. Need a bigger selection of Fruits and fresh bread that does not feel stale.

One thing to be aware of when looking at booking is the Shuttle service that this place offers is needing to be paid when using it. This was not something we were aware of when booking as It appeared that this was free. The beach shuttle is free, but all Tuk-tuk shuttle is paid and there was occasions were the driver ran out of petrol and would not pick us up.

Luxury & tranquility for a great value
Pros:

Amazing tranquil location in Laguna. You can walk around the amazing lakes and enjoy the views and silence. However still so close to Bang Tao / Boat Avenue and all the restaurants and cafes.
I would definitely come back and recommend to those who want to enjoy Phuket not the typical busy way, yet very close also these places.
It is definitely the upscale area of Phuket. Great value for money.
Breakfast was completely fine.
