A/C in the bedroom needed service, balcony door lock broken and very noisy.
Birds picking in the breakfast in the restaurant and nobody run the off (not very hygienic)

This is a beautiful property!! The apartments was clean and had everything you would need at home! The staff is also super helpful and friendly. Hong and Shin at the front desk are amazing!! I really enjoyed my stay!!
Vibrant, family-friendly resort in the Laguna area, offering spacious, modern rooms with kitchenettes. The staff are warm and attentive, the pools and private beach access are fantastic, and the breakfast is nice. Perfect for families and long stay.

This was my first time in Thailand and I fell in love instantly with the warmth of the staff, the buzz of the resort and the beautiful view. The beach was everything I needed and the hotel had everything I wanted. I am from NYC and would highlight recommend! Easy to take cars wherever, especially to Patong.
Nice property but definitely caters to families. If you want a quiet, more subdued property this is not it. Room is a good size and lots of conveniences. There was a large pool party going on and the music was so loud until 11pm that if you opened a window you could not hear your own conversation.
Very nice hotel, very safe area, resort style area has a private beach is a plus after experiencing a beach like Patong Beach trust me lol..Hotel staff is very nice I really liked D’Nee very sweet and welcoming!!! Food is very good I mean some of the best food we had so many options..The hotel room was a apartment style 2 bedroom 2 bath with loft and balcony one room has 2 twin bed and the other a king I believe it was..so much storage space..one thing I would highly recommend is if you use small washcloths to just bring your own because they use a bigger towel so it was different, luckily I always come prepared so I brought my own. But I give them a 10/10 for sure.
Had a fabulous visit for the week, our first room faced the street and thankfully we were allowed to change to the side of the building which was much more quiet. Staff is very friendly and kind and courteous. Thank you so much! Everything we needed we had or could get.
very good to family coming, with swimming pool, with water taxi to beach, plenty of food at mornong buffet, but sometimes drive out to shopping mall with serious traffic congestion.

The hotel feels partly like a youth hostel and more like a 3 Star hotel. They want to be cool. The staff don´t treat you with respect.
We had to change our room and were asked to leave at noon. The new room was supposed to be ready at 3pm. This was the commitment from the reception. Meaning for us 3 hours without any room. At 3pm, the room was not ready due to high season. The reception should have known 3 hours before that it was high season. The reception staff did not see it was their failure and were very disrespectful. We asked to talk with to the hotel director. He was out of office. They were supposed to get back to us. They never did.
Breakfast feels like a very loud and hectic school canteen. You have to get you cutlery & plates yourself. The staff is supposed to clean the tables. But they mostly just look around and do nothing. They don´t seem to have any training and speak almost no English.
In Cassia too, the wardrobe in the room is far too small. We had to keep our clothes in our luggage.
The gym is very small (for 3 persons max). No towels.
On the positive side, the view on the laguna and the sea is very nice.
Clean, got a lot of accessible routes to nearby beaches/attractions. I loved the room plans, things like bedroom apartments/lofts. Overall a lovely place.
