Very reasonably priced hotel for the area. Comfortable rooms.
I had liked the hotel until they charged me for a spillage in the room which we did not do. No opportunity to discuss, charged my card without authorisation.
The customer service was atrocious. Unbelievably rude and no respect for the customer. Breakfast offering was limited and I had to abandon it as felt quite unwell re same.

The ease of parking was good on my day but with a big football ground very close this could be difficult.
The location next to the local sewer works isn't that pleasant !

The breakfast at Hilton Hamilton definitely isn't as good as the holiday Inn . The reception at the holiday Inn is more friendly I must be honest.

Camera nuova, molto bella e molto pulita. Tv di grande formato. Colazione a buffet molto buona e abbondante. Posizione periferica vicino allo stadio di calcio, la fermata del bus per il centro città è a pochi metri, ci hanno fatto lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio gratuitamente anche dopo il check out. Consigliatissimo.

bed was noisy?
The hotel was very clean and well arranged. The staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. The service was efficient and staff were available for assistance when needed. Great location and the room was lovely, everything we needed.
The only thing was my partner found the bed slightly too hard but I myself found it comfortable.
