Excellent stay, especially for business
Pros:

Clean, tidy and smart. Comfortable beds and pillows and genuinely outstanding customer service from Mrinal and his late shift team. I can’t emphasise that enough.

Wonderful Oxford Experience
Pros:

Olena at reception went above and beyond the call of duty,especially arranging a taxi to Oxford City centre,so that we could obtain tickets for the Bodleian Library which was a wonderful experience.I must say the hotel 🏨 was brilliant ,breakfast superb.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Room was comfortable, breakfast was quite good.

Cons:

There was dust behind the lamps by the bed and tissue under the bed.
Could do with more gluten free options.
Gluten free croissants would be good.

The staff were very nice ! The price was fair as well, and the food from the restaurant was good!

The door for the bathroom didn't work and it opened itself.

Amazing service!
Pros:

Went to Bicester Village to treat my wife for her birthday. Mentioned this occasion upon booking and was warmly greeted by Rohan in reception. He ensured that my wife had a birthday package in our pre-allocated room. Amazing service and attention to detail from Rohan and management. We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately they were fully booked. Very comfortable and immaculate rooms. Will definitely stay again.
