Great location with nice staff. Shame parking was so difficult with football supporters allowed to use car park when not

The ability to park with ease as the football was taking place so no parking as parking was given over to the football supporters. when we first arrived and we had to park elsewhere and walk about a mile from car carrying luggage

Clean comfortable room staff friendly

Cons:

Plug was not working in one of our rooms and no towel rail under sink. Ran out of fruit at breakfast asked for more and was told none available. The following day there was a bowl of fruit but the apple in it was going brown.

Pros:

Large comfortable room, the bed was exceptionally comfy. Friendly efficient staff and the inclusive breakfast is fantastic.

Welcoming and perfect for our needs
Pros:

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean and modern

Cons:

Not much. The EV chargers need updating to fast chargers. Slightly more choice at breakfast

Pros:

Clean rooms and good breakfast

Cons:

Pillows too hard. The bathroom fan was loud and kept me awake. Ceiling smoke detector kept flushing red and white light which kept me and my husband awake. None of this was an issue on our first stay in this hotel.
