Pros:

Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub was nice.

Cons:

The bad bed was one of the worst beds that I have ever slept in. That’s just my personal preference. I don’t prefer an overly hard mattress. A little more attention to detail when cleaning the room needs to be done.

It would be a “0 I didn’t get to stay and they took my money and lied and said I canceled my room after the time booked.
Pros:

Nothing because I didn’t get to stay

Cons:

That the property management did not accommodate me when it came to my refund. And would not switch my booking to the time I booked my room by mistake.

Our room was immaculate and gorgeous, and everybody was super nice

Pros:

We stayed because our house burnt. We never once had an issue while there and stayed for 19 days. Always gave us fresh towels and linens when asked. It was a very devastating time for us and trying to learn to live in a hotel with our kids was horrible but having a bed to sleep in for all of us and free breakfast every morning and knowing we didn't have to worry about being ok was takin care of by them

Very nice hotel in great location
Pros:

The room and staff are excellent. Hot tub is very nice. Noon checkout is great. We got upgraded to a suite which is super nice and well designed. Great area of town with many eating and drinking options within walking distance. Most of the parking is covered.

Cons:

A better brand of coffee in the room would be nice. Breakfast is just ok.

Terrible experience. Would not stay again.
Pros:

Location was close to Helen Devos Children’s Hospital which is where we had to go the next morning for our daughter’s surgery. Pool and hot tub were nice!

Cons:

Staff were not very friendly or helpful during check in. Fire alarm went off at 11pm at night. Staff were very unprofessional, laughing about the matter. Never once was there an apology even. My daughter was scheduled for surgery at 6:40 in the morning and we were then up till 1am trying to get her back to sleep because of an alarm going off in the middle of the night. Very inconvenient.
The room was small and the temperature was hot or cold no happy medium. Also, the water took around ten minutes to actually get hot. The shower that I had to use to bathe my child had black mold in it. The handle in the shower was extremely hard to turn and then would result in a sudden temperature change, either too hot or too cold. Overall the stay was a terrible experience. We drove from almost 3 hours away to not have to wake up so early to get my daughter to surgery and ended up regretting our decision. I would never stay at this hotel again even if we did decide to stay a night in Grand Rapids for my daughter’s appointment again.

Decent place but not even close to worth the price. Quality and cleanliness of a mediocre motel
