Pros:

The location was central and it was less then 20min from anywhere we needed to get to in the area

Cons:

The parking is a little on the pricier side and yes, I understand it is a central/downtown location, but it is hard knowing that there are many other hotels 10ish minutes away with free parking

Very Good Stay!
Pros:

I love that the room was spacious and clean, it truly was a relaxing stay. It also had a refrig and microwave which helped with leftovers the next day. I would recommend this location!

Cons:

Manager wouldn’t come talk and would just send the front desk girl when I asked for help with jewelry that was in the drain, and said they couldn’t do anything even though it was just a simple wrench needed.

It was ok, we only stayed 1 night for a graduation event. Hampton inn is usually very good and that is my go to. Not 100

Location to downtown

Cons:

Room had no towels we had to go get some, to turn the shower on was very difficult and the knobs for hot and cold were opposite of normal ( hot was cold and cold was hot) same for sink. No body wash in our shower for what ever reason the person who cleaned the room forgot to restock. The hot tub was foamy and pool very very cloudy. We did not use either of those amenities. Breakfast was cold (eggs, potatoes and sausage) used microwave in snack area to heat.

Excellent in every way!
Pros:

Location is excellent as we stay there when having medical appointments and surgeries. This property is staffed by very polite pleasant people who are most helpful!

Horrible… booked though booking.com and was cancelled when I arrived and have not received a refund

Poetry was nice though booked through booking.com and then my room wasn’t available and have yet to receive a refund

The hotel was fine, but it was the little things that made it underwhelming.
Pros:

The room was nice and modern. The bathroom was very nice. Elevators were very quick and available. Had a nice lobby and temperature was easy to control in the room.

Cons:

The hot breakfast was not available the second day (out of two) which was very disappointing. There was something sticky in the carpet that was in a very unavoidable spot that was really annoying. I know I was only there 2 nights, but it would have been nice if the cleaning staff did the room. They were not able to accommodate a late checkout (even for a fee) and that really would have been great, so that was a let down.
