Pros:

Horrible… booked though booking.com and was cancelled when I arrived and have not received a refund

The hotel was fine, but it was the little things that made it underwhelming.
Pros:

The room was nice and modern. The bathroom was very nice. Elevators were very quick and available. Had a nice lobby and temperature was easy to control in the room.

Cons:

The hot breakfast was not available the second day (out of two) which was very disappointing. There was something sticky in the carpet that was in a very unavoidable spot that was really annoying. I know I was only there 2 nights, but it would have been nice if the cleaning staff did the room. They were not able to accommodate a late checkout (even for a fee) and that really would have been great, so that was a let down.

Okay hotel for business travels or company event. Not the greatest for family.
Pros:

The facilty was clean and staff was nice.

Cons:

The original room we booked, the mini fridge did not work. They transfered us to another similar room. However when we got settled in didn't realize the bathroom was just a shower, but had kids all setled in and was not going to request another room at that point. Made it tough to shower a 4 and 2 year old. Then we found the hand wash sink was draining very slowly. Let front desk know and they said maintenance would be able to fix that. However that never got fixed. Had to go down to lobby to get new towels and dispose of trash. Cleaning service never picked up trash outside off room. Bed was okay but pillows were not great. Couch in room was uncomfortable to sit in due to pointy fabric coming out of cushions, was only on the cushions and kinda weird.
Pool got shut down for unexpected maintenance issue on last night. No notifications until you reached the pool, kids cried, they already had swim stuff on, made last night rough.

Cons:

There was way too much chlorine in the pool. Our eyes burned just sitting in the pool room. This really impacted our visit as we had a 4 year old with us who was really looking forward to swimming.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfy

Had to pay $18 per night for parking PER CAR. which I thought was a scam considering we paid $200 for our stay.
