This has been the worst experience of my life. On the evening of October 6th, I found and booked this hotel through Booking.com. However, when I arrived at the destination, no one answered the door or my phone calls—I had no choice but to find another hotel to stay at. Since then, the hotel staff have not made any effort to assist me with the issue of being unable to check in, nor have they processed my refund. What’s more, they secretly completed my booking without any prior notice. I never actually stayed at the hotel, so their actions are equivalent to theft—they’ve stolen my money.

The hotel outdoors and room were very clean and beautiful.
Bathroom towels were missing on the first day. There were no signs for which gate to enter the hotel. There were no signs for the direction of the reception area. Sometimes the gate was not monitored and guests don't have the remote to exit the gate independently.
Milk to drink coffee was not there
Carpet to step on to after taking a shower because it becomes very slippery.
the air condition was not working at beginning later on they fixed. there was no water, 3 hours later, after i comlained they supplied because they give to other guests. all towels were very bad and there were big hole inthe towel. whenever i show them they collected immediatly. there were no food, for breakfest , lunch or dinner. if i pay in addance they can buy and prepare the food for me with transportation cost included. for example i paid 300 rand for one breakfest. i stayed only one night and thet did not refund any money back to me.
I have stayed in numerous hotels all over the world and this Hotel was by far the worst. Paid R700 a room online for 6 of my guests for business. Upon arrival was told that the new price is now R1100 and that if I don’t pay now I can leave. Wow very unprofessional.
