Pros:

Does not have a pool or area to hang out, but many people just BBQ'd in the parking lot. The room was better than I expected.

Pros:

A group of construction workers parked vehicles directly in front of lobby doors, left doors on van open and blocked loading zone for over 30 minutes. A group of about 10 ate all the hot breakfast items and sat in all the seats for 30 minutes. After standing and waiting for staff to refill food items I inquired at front desk. First they said oh yes and a few minutes later at 8:38 am they said it was to close to 9am to refill the items. Then they said they could refill some eggs. I went to use rest room and can back and waited until 9am and inquired again, the staff said she did bring the eggs, evidently they ate them all in the 3-5 minutes I was in restroom. They were still sitting there when we left at 9:05.

Friendly staff, dirty room with bugs
Pros:

Not very clean, killed 2 cockroaches in my room and a giant water bug. Freaked out to sleep here at night.

I paid with credit card at reservation, 2 months prior, they needed a card to verify upon arrival, showed them my debit card, and was specifically told no charges would be charged, since I had paid, I was charged 137 and change, and of course could not get anyone to help me resolve this charge :(

Pillow was mismatching n bed was not done on our second night staying there… sheets had blood stains on them. Need new shower head not enough pressure.. ice machine was not working
