Was welcoming and a cozy stay for the whole family.
Pros:

Close to down town,good breakfast, staff was great on house keeping.

Cons:

Not enough parking space up front. The WiFi was poor signal on second floor.

Cons:

Being on the 3rd floor hearing the kids running to walls bumping being very loud was what I didn't like

Clean comfortable facility close to downtown Fort Worth.
Pros:

The Desk staff has was friendly and professional. Selena was especially helpful.
Breakfast bar did feature eggs, breakfast meats, and a variety of bread choices. Pancakes as well.
Loved having a Keurig in my room.

Cons:

The WiFi in my 4th floor room was subpar.
The breakfast buffet needs additional fruit options.
There are zero restaurants within walking distance and restaurant choices are farther away.

The hotel needs a refresh, a breakfast overhaul and proper training for staff members.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The room had limited furnishings and a torn couch. The phone didn’t work. The walls are paper thin. The breakfast had limited offerings. The breakfast staff member sat in the lobby on her phone, rather than replenish the breakfast items. The fitness center needed to be cleaned, and alcohol wipes and hand sanitizer need to be supplied.

Very disappointed in the way our sta was handled. I won’t stay here again.

The location was great to where we needed to be.

Cons:

I was charged a no show fee when I did show we were just late, found out upon checkout that they were charging me that. I even called and told them we would be very late getting in and they said that was fine, and when I argued the charge the lady at the front desk said “I can’t do anything for that, you can call the manager, she won’t be in until Thursday” which is 4 days after my check out.
