Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, right in town and easy to access. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The price is also affordable, making it a great value for money. The breakfast nice. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

Breakfast selection was great, and tasty, albeit a little cold despite being in food warmers.
The location is also very good, centrally situated.

Cons:

I booked a double room but upon check-in I was allocated a twin room, apparently doubles are allocated on a first come first served basis which is not clearly stated when making this booking!

Great stay as usual
Pros:

always a pleasure to return. staff is superb and location very good for my business trips.

Cons:

I like all in general although after staying so many times, i feel variety of breakfast offering could be improved yet for those visiting less often it's about right and would not miss anything from the current options.

Freundliches und professionelles Personal, gute Ausstattung, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Grundsätzlich schliefen wir in den Betten gut.

Cons:

Die Lautsprecher des kleinen Minaretts der Moschee im Innenhof waren direkt auf unserer Höhe und sehr laut gestellt. Der erste Ruf erfolgte jeweils um ca. 4 Uhr. Es war uns daher nicht möglich, ausreichend Schlaf zu bekommen.

Buenas habitaciones, pero pese a que uno esté en area “no fumadores” igualmente hay olor a cigarro en las alfombras del pasillo y en el ascensor.
El servicio es bueno y al menos están dispuestos ayudar si necesitas algo.
El primer día tuve problemas para dormir ya que al lado de mí habitación habia un bar y la música estaba muy fuerte, pero afortunadamente los otros días estuvo bien.
En relación a la limpieza, estaba bien pero falta tener una más profunda, ya que el primer día que llegué había goma y de mascar pegada en la TV.
Por último, el desayuno está bien, aunque se centra más en tener comida para indonesios, para el pan solo ha mantequilla y mermelada, no hay queso o jamón. Aunque hay una estación de huecos que está súper buena.

best is location and the team at front office, always helpful and friendly. i have stayed many times so its' always a pleasure to be back.

Cons:

I felt breakfast this time could be better. noticed some changes, nothing major but coffee could be better. not being a big eater is ok but maybe for those that enjoy substantial breakfast more variety would be suggested especially if staying severa nights
