Extremely remarkable
Pros:

Breakfast was nice with a lot of varieties to choose from..

Cons:

Just some renovation to fixtures like the taps and showers..the rest was lovely...a room with a view of thamrin city😍....staff was so friendly especially the main desk staff who were at assistance to everything. House keeping staff were too very nice and friendly and the effort they put into the property i would give them 10 out 10..main door staff were really friendly and always at service into opening doors with a smile and getting luggage into the hotel and into the room...really loved my stay with holiday inn and it just felt like a home away from home...thank you to all the staff of holiday to making our stay a memorable one and would love to visit Indonesia once again and would love to stay with holiday in once again❤️

The hotel provides universal plugs, I didn't have to worry about that if I forgot to bring mine. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The location is strategic, with everything within walking distance.

Cons:

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta and encountered an issue with my payment. I initially believed that the payment could be settled upon my arrival at the hotel. However, I received a WhatsApp message stating that I needed to make the payment on the spot to secure my stay, or my booking would be canceled. Despite this misunderstanding, I want to commend the staff for their professionalism. They patiently waited for my check-in and did not cancel my booking, which I truly appreciate. Thank you for your understanding and for accommodating tourists like myself!

Excellent experience at Holiday Inn. Hotelnya sangat nyaman dengan suasana yang bersih dan welcoming. Ruang training sangat bagus dan didukung oleh complete equipment yang memadai, sehingga acara kami dapat berjalan dengan lancar.

Special appreciation untuk Banquet team, terutama Mas Dimas, yang bekerja sangat cekatan, helpful, dan professional dalam membantu penyelenggaraan acara kami. His dedication and attention to detail really made a difference.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented with an artistic arrangement that enhanced the dining experience. Kamar juga sangat bagus, nyaman, dan memberikan kualitas istirahat yang excellent.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Holiday Inn for both business events and staycation. Thank you for the outstanding service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I lost my money in Ausi $ in Safety Box in my room...😭😭
Since that day, I unable to sleep alone 😭😭 feel unsaved and I asked my relatives whom lives in Jakarta to stay with me.
1 day before I check out, the management hotel called me to make a deal, they gave my money back less than half of my lost money 💰 ..

Carpet helped reduce the noise
Pros:

One of the most useful features of this hotel, is that the hallway has carpet and most rooms have carpet too. This definitely reduce the noise and echo that comes from other loud guests that usually talk so loud in their rooms and hallway but unfortunately, the hotel started removing carpet from some rooms and going back to the tile style that usually generate crazy noise when moving furniture. The soundproof walls quality is not that great but once again thanks to the carpet. It really helps absorbs most of the noise. Breakfast is excellent. The location is also excellent as it is near shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance.

It was a pleasant stay overall
Pros:

The staffs were exceptionally cooperative. All of the staff at the reception, the concierge, the house keeping staff. I loved how they helped me out with any inconvenience I’ve had.

Cons:

The cleanliness and maintenance of the overall hotel. The breakfast could have been better too. The tiles, doors and floors of the bathroom were wearing off

Always great to be back!
Pros:

Staff without any doubt. convenient location and great rooms. stayed several times and never a problem.

Cons:

After staying so many times i guess breakfast is something would appreciate some improvements or variety but probably it's because i stay regularly. for first timers is more than sufficient though.

HI hotel was clean, comfortable & very well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful & always greeted guests with a smile. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable & the breakfast had a good variety of choices. The location was also convenient, making it easy to travel around Jakarta.
