Gute Lage - Ausstattung gut - Sauberkeit geht besser
Pros:

Nähe zum Stadtzentrum. Fußgängerzone , Heumarkt, Museen fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Sauberkeit von Dusche und Boden im Bad. Duschgelhalter und Flasche lagen abgebrochen auf dem Boden.
Spiegel im Zimmer war schmutzig.

Pros:

El toilette muy bonito,la mampara un poco complicada de cerrar,perdiendo agua en cada ducha,complicado ya que en Europa no hay desagues en el baño.Nos hizo perder mucho tiempo.

Cons:

El personal de recepción,masculino,solo contestaba a mi marido,una situacion muy ridicula e incomoda.Si bien viajo frecuentemente a Köln,no creo volver a reservar en este hotel,habiendo tenido mejores experiencias

Tesisteki oda büyüklükleri, tuvaletler yatak olanakları gayet iyiydi. Valizlerimizi konaklama öncesi ve sonrası emanete bıraktık ucret almadılar. Karşılama ve yardımseverlik gayet iyiydi.

Cons:

Bu tesiste bizim kaldığımız çatı katına asansör çıkmıyor. Bir kat eşya taşıdım. Bunun yanısıra odada muhtemelen halıdan kaynaklı çok fazla toz vardı heryer toz içindeydi. Temiz olmasına rağmen tozla kaplanmisti. Bir de banyoda bir kaç tane kadın saçı buldum.

Pros:

The location is excellent, everything is close and easy to reach. The bed was super comfortable, and the rooms are bright, spacious, and offer plenty of space. We also appreciated having both a bathtub and a shower.

Cons:

Our room was on the 5th floor under the roof, so the slanted ceiling was a bit tricky — we (especially the kids) kept forgetting and bumped our heads several times. There is no kettle in the room, but you can request one at the reception.
