Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Lovely rooms and extremely comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Offered to store our luggage until we were departed Ushuaia later in the afternoon.

Cons:

No negatives.

Overall I loved my stay. Clean, friendly and great location.
Pros:

I liked your breakfast. It was well laid out. Friendly. New toaster method needs to happen. Lol.

Cons:

I was without wifi. This would have been nice because I was super tired and just wanted to relax and watch a show. Instead I laid there 😞 and went to sleep.

Great place to stay the night before our cruise
Pros:

We arrived in the evening in Ushuaia and stayed here since it was close to the cruise office where we needed to bring our luggage the next morning. It was great, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed and good breakfast to start the day.

Soulless, unfriendly and completely inflexible.
Pros:

This hotel is bland and devoid of any warmth or hospitality. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and management seem to operate on a hard “computer says no” policy.

We made the mistake of assuming they would store some luggage between stays — something most hotels manage without drama. They flatly refused, even when we offered to pay.

We ended up finding a lovely hostel up the hill that was happy to store our luggage — which says everything when a hostel offers better service than a hotel.

Would not stay again. Avoid.

As janelas dos quartos da frente deveriam ter vidros anti ruído poque a noite e na madrugada passam muitas motos e carros fazendo barulho, acordei a noite diversas vezes devido a esses barulhos.

A surprising stay in urshaia

Was not expecting this modern upscale hotel. Room was spacious, very comfortable and very clean breakfast was creative and bery good.

Onlything lacking were adequate USB ports. Between my wife and i we needed 8 ports whick is probably not unusual these dsys
