Pros:

Very good value for money, staff were great and the breakfasts were terrific. Loved eating outside.

Cons:

Location, it was hot and walk to metro was further than we thought. Not a lot of places to eat close by. Couldn’t get air conditioning in room cool enough

Place is OK, but check what you are paying for when checking-out - they scam for an unused facility

The rooms were great and the breakfast was also really good.

Cons:

We were scammed with the parking fee, despite not using this facility. Upon arrival we found a free parking space in front of the main door, we did ask the reception about using the underground garage and were told that it costs 8EUR/day, so we decided to leave the car where it is. The parking fee of the garage was nevertheless charged at checking-out, when we had to pay the city tax. We realized it only after leaving Milan. It would be a great place, it is a shame that scamming us did absolutely ruin this experience.
