It’s Meh!
Pros:

The location is great. The lobby is lovely. My room was great. Staff was wonderful.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin I could hear people in the hallways. I could hear people next to me moving hangers on the closet. Additionally, the $25 resort fee that you’re forced to use or lose… Not a fan.

The hotel is conveniently located, friendly staff and very clean.
Pros:

Very nice overall facility. Room was a perfect size. The location of the hotel was perfect between down town Boston and Tufts University. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast great along with breakfast staff. Morning coffee station very convenient.

Cons:

Check in staff confused as to what was included in booking package discussed while making the reservation. The $25 per day was not discussed so I had to return to have it applied. The question of “would you like daily house keeping” was confusing. Of course we want fresh towels and trash cleaned in room. Although this point was discussed we had to find housekeeping daily to get towels and they never cleaned the room

location only!

Cons:

The receptionist that night didn't tell me the exact place to park my car, and the following night my car was towed. The hotel didn't provide luggage transport to the room. Breakfast was not included. We stayed three nights and the room was only cleaned once. I travel a lot and this hotel left much to be desired. Sorry, but I'm being honest.

Excellent staff and hotel
Pros:

I have been coming here to this hotel various times over the last seven months for work and for pleasure. Sharon and Christine are fantastic assets to this hotel. They are very welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Great location, fantastic staff, and very clean.

Zur Bahn waren es fünf Minuten zu Fuss. Wir gratis zwei Fahrten für Bosten sowie für das Observations Deck erhalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet für USD 23.00 war sehr grosszügig. Grosse Auswahl und perfekt.
