Location, but it was imposible to find, It's entrace is in a small ally
Old room, it looked to be 30 years old, bathroom was not clean, and had a bad odor. I realize this is old Italy but for the price it was not as expected. No lobby, minimal front desk, we carried our bags up and down to our room. We loved the view, but it would have been nice to have ear plugs when the bells rang right above our room.
Amazing room with amazing location and view. Loved both the sauna and tub... and so easy to check in and check out. Will stay here again!
The climate system was very difficult to get to function.

Wonderfully comfortable and spacious accommodation, with a terrace offering breathtaking views and a truly unique location on Piazza San Marco, right in the heart of Venice. The exceptional character of Canaletto Luxury Suites is further enhanced by their setting in one of the oldest and most iconic Venetian landmarks – the Torre dell’Orologio. You can have breakfast on the terrace with St. Mark’s Basilica almost within arm’s reach — a magical way to start the day.
We stayed in this suite for the second time, and while during our first visit we gave the highest rating and praised the property extensively, the second stay was a different experience. The weak point of Canaletto Luxury Suites is the breakfast, which is served only in the room and not before 8:00 a.m. On the day of our departure, we had a 10:00 a.m. appointment in Valdobbiadene and had to leave the hotel before eight, so we had to forgo the prepaid breakfast. The property does not offer the option to book accommodation without breakfast.
Moreover, considering the price of over €500 per night, one would expect a lavish breakfast made from top-quality ingredients — the opposite is true. The breakfast here resembles that of a two-star hotel, both in terms of variety and quality.
