Wonderful view ..... but one or two issues

The view !! The balcony and the spacious apartment.

The apartment had limited facilities to enable one to self cater.

Posizione unica! Colazione non altezza del luogo

Cons:

La struttura ha una posizione meravigliosa, staff gentile e camera ben arredata. Purtroppo la colazione ha abbassato molto il livello della struttura! Uova pancetta latte freddo! Poco pane ed il tutto non ben presentato! Sicuramente migliorei questo aspetto! Peccato perché la cura dei dettagli ormai è fondamentale per valorizzare un luogo con delle potenzialità incredibili come questa!

great size, great location, really, really reasonably priced, excellent stay
Pros:

the accommodation is on St Marks Square, it could not be better positioned! It was a lot larger than expected, and teh breakfast delivered to the room was excellent.

Location, but it was imposible to find, It's entrace is in a small ally

Cons:

Old room, it looked to be 30 years old, bathroom was not clean, and had a bad odor. I realize this is old Italy but for the price it was not as expected. No lobby, minimal front desk, we carried our bags up and down to our room. We loved the view, but it would have been nice to have ear plugs when the bells rang right above our room.

Amazing room with amazing location and view. Loved both the sauna and tub... and so easy to check in and check out. Will stay here again!

Cons:

déco vieillotte, peu intimiste, petit déjeuner très standard , de qualité moyenne, personnel pas particulièrement agréable , le point central c'est l'emplacement, rien à dire, l'établissement étant historique !
