Pros:

a part un Monsieur du service restauration absolument désagréable, tout le personnel est incroyablement souriant, aidant et compétent / Le rooftop est magnifique/ le lit et les oreillers sont très confortables

Cons:

ce n'est absolument pas un 5 étoiles, tout juste un 4 étoiles / les rideaux ne sont pas occultants donc impossible de dormir le matin / c'est très bruyant, aucune isolation des fenêtres / il n'est pas possible d'avoir un café avant 8 heures du matin / il est indiqué sur booking que le petit déjeuner est inclus, ce n'est pas le cas, car ce n'est pas un buffet = vous avez un "crédit" de 20 livres donc sachant que pour 2 tartines de pain, du beurre et de la confiture c'est déjà 14 livres, il faut payer pour avoir autre chose /

Excelente y moderno hotel en gran zona de Londres
Pros:

Excelente hotel con gran ubicación, cerca a estación del bus, overground y a 11 minutos del tube. La zona es increíble, con buenos restaurantes buena movida y tiendas de ropa independientes. Hotel moderno con una habitación muy espaciosa y bien diseñada y cuidada. Los empleados muy amables, nos ayudaron en lo que necesitamos. Restaurante / bar en el primer piso con gran ambiente y buena comida. Terraza también con buen ambiente.

Cons:

Mi ventana daba a la calle y dado que hay un restaurante al lado, se oía a la gente en la noche y el camión de basura recogiendo en la mañana. Diría que hay que mejorar la insonorización. lo arregle usando tapones para los oídos.

Pros:

Ganz besonders Andres und Johnny im Restaurant/Bar sind seit Jahren wunderbare und liebe Menschen. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl mit den beiden.
Die Zimmer sind einfach traumhaft, sehr gross und immer sauber.

Cons:

Zum ersten Mal hatten wir den Eindruck, dass weniger Mitarbeitende im Dienst waren. Der Druck scheint höher geworden zu sein und dass man am Nachmittag an der Bar bestellen muss, ohne dass es angeschrieben war, haben wir zum ersten Mal erlebt und passt nicht zur insgesamt tollen Unterkunft
