The staff was over and above to help us find a room. Tried to even give us an upgrade, but we were too tired to wait for it to be cleaned 🙄We had just arrived from USA They did get us a nice room and checked in a little early They were super super nice and accommodating.
Fantastic location
Extremely noisy throughout the night, both with traffic and other guests coming and going. The room was also tired, had flickering lights and scuffed walls and could do with being updated.
The hotel was easy to get to from the bus or tube, it had amazing restaurants and a rooftop bar which was such fun. All the staff were so friendly, I can't wait to take the whole family next year.
I wouldn't say I didn't like it,but be careful not to get the double story room if you don't like stairs up to your bedroom. It was so cute though like a whole little suite.

We stayed in the David Tang suite ,it is so comfortable and spacious.The outstanding feature is the kindness of your staff to me and my disabled husband.we loved the rooftop bar and the whole vibe of the hotel We shall be back soon
The TV was so difficult to change channels and it would help if it could be viewed from the sitting room
This is my second time staying at Boundary Shoreditch and both times it was great! I got upgraded to a suite the first time I stayed which was amazing but the regular room I stayed in this time was also lovely. The room was notably sizeable for central London with a convenient separate luggage/wardrobe area and very comfortable bed . The hotel is in a fun neighbourhood with great cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping and transport on your doorstep.

Loved the location - wasn’t get to public transport and shops, staff were friendly and accommodating
Our first room was stiflingly hot, but the staff were understanding and moved us to a different room without any issues
The staff was over the top friendly and helpful. I would give them the highest rating. The room was clean and very big for hotel room standard. We were in the shaker room. The towel warmer was a nice bonus
We didn't love that the shower would flood the bathroom floor. There was a drain there but it was weird. Housekeeping did take care of it everyday.

gros problème d’isolation phonique des fenêtres sur certaines chambres . Il y a un décalage entre certaines prestations assez haut de gamme et - par exemple- l’état des fenêtres à la fois non isolées et très sales
