The staff was over the top friendly and helpful. I would give them the highest rating. The room was clean and very big for hotel room standard. We were in the shaker room. The towel warmer was a nice bonus
We didn't love that the shower would flood the bathroom floor. There was a drain there but it was weird. Housekeeping did take care of it everyday.

gros problème d’isolation phonique des fenêtres sur certaines chambres . Il y a un décalage entre certaines prestations assez haut de gamme et - par exemple- l’état des fenêtres à la fois non isolées et très sales
