The bar and downstairs are was nice and was well kept.

Cons:

The rooms were not as advertised, the rooms were dirty, stains on the carpets and furniture, it didnt smell very nice and was genuinely a really disappointing experience.

Best sleep I've had in a hotel for a long time, very comfortable.

Close to Monument Metro Station, not on a main road and very central. Check-in was perfect.

Pros:

Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff, cosy room, shower was lovely, and we didn’t have breakfast as we checked out for an early flight but it looked great!
