Very comfortable and beds are Devine

The ease of check in was amazing took 2 minutes to check in and the reception staff were very friendly and polite I’d definitely stay here again we are actually planning our next trip as I write this

Comfortable convenient and relaxing
Pros:

Staff where very helpful I had a small problem with the keycard my eyesight is not what it was and I missed seeing the card slot the young lady on reception came with me to help get the room door open she was very patent with me.
all the staff I interacted with could not have been more helpful nothing was to much trouble for them.
A great location for a theater trip even at my slow walking pace 3/4 minutes to get to the theater royal.

Cons:

Front signage a little hard to find the first time I walked down the street the banners high on the building is above a café two doors from the door to the motel one once you find its easy after that
