Faultless
Pros:

I cannot fault anything about my stay. The hotel is in an excellent location. The interior is beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just an all round great stay.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Had a fantastic stay at Motel One Newcastle. I've stayed in Motel One hotels before and have never been disappointed. Clean, spacious room, very comfy bed. Superb location, very central and within easy walking distance of attractions and public transport.

Cons:

The rooms tend to be very warm and I found the AC to not do very much, but other than that, I have nothing to complain about.

2nd time staying here, really good experience again.
Pros:

Rachel & Bradley at the reception were excellent, asked if I could leave my luggage for the day, wasnt a problem and even gave me a tote bag to take my laptop in for work.

This helped me so much.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer perfekt. Frühstück war sehr gut. Lounge sehr schön. Fahrräder konnten sicher im Zimmer deponiert werden, Absolut empfehlenswert.
