A lovely apartment with the comforts of home
Pros:

The hotel was central to where we needed to be and was easy to find. The car parking was convenient and excellent. The kitchen had a coffee machine, and the apartment was spotless and very stylish. We will definitely stay here again.

Horrible and stressful. Location had no restaurants open due to the Easter break.

Cons:

There was no cleaning services and there was nothing in the apartment to help clean the apartment like a broom etc. there was no reception except for 4 hours 10am-2pm as it was the Easter holidays. There was no email communication. We had no place to store our luggage before check in after a long flight. This is more an air bnb and not a service appt as there is zero service. Also a very argumentative receptionist. I am extremely disappointed with booking.com

Fine for one night, any longer and I probably would have looked for somewhere else to stay.
Pros:

It was the only option available under $500 a night, because it was Grand Prix weekend.

Cons:

I had said I would arrive by 4pm. Staff messaged at 4:15 to say they would leave keys in lockbox in case I didn't arrive before reception closed (5pm). I responded saying I'd be there by 4:30, however no response from staff. When I arrived at 4:30pm, unsure where the keys were I entered reception (which was still very open) and asked if my key was at the desk or in the lock-box. The two staff at reception rolled their eyes and pointed to the door.

AC had a sign above it saying, "do not change settings otherwise it won't work. Leave on auto." On auto, the AC turned off every five minutes. I eventually changed the setting to cool and set temp to 24C and it worked fine.

Room smelled like glue and fresh paint. I wasn't advised at any stage that my room was undergoing renovations before my arrival freshly painted.
