It just so straighforward. U book a room, u get a room.

But don't expect any good or comfortable pillow and mattress, because it is not comfortable at all. Sleepable yes, but not comfortable.

The price point is budget and convenient as it is centrally located and parking is provided. However it’s gets lots of traffic noise from the early morning and late evening traffic passing by the hotel room.

El hotel está bien para el que anda de vacaciones, me quede tres noches estuvo buena la estadía restaurantes cercas un bar cerca la terminal de bus a 300 metros , ferry a 250 metros , todo muy cerca de puede hacer caminando

It was a nice stay at galaxy Inn. Near to the Jetty and parking space is spacious. Near restaurants and good scenery.

Hotel is located center of the city. Nearby lumut jeti and a lot of restuarant around it. Room is clean and rate is reasonable. Staff/ system is need to retrained and upgraded. They are not able to check the amount paid through agoda when i asking to check out

The worst hotel,should be close 5 years ago,The staff and the owner of the hotel show a very bad attitude

This is a well located and very clean and well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Very good wifi. Close to the ferry to Pangkor and the night markets and good food. Lumut is a very pleasant small town and well worth a stay. We enjoyed our 2 day stay at this hotel and would happily stay again.

Stayed here 3 or rather times later 20 years before we go to Pangkor Lauren with no problems. This time on check out was accused of stealing a towel and hotel was reluctant to give back deposit.

sangat suka...staff yg friendly, bilik yg selesa, tempat penginapan yg sgt strategic.kemudahan yg sgt berdekatan, seperti bank, tempat makan, tempat shopping dan jugak taman riadah...hanya dengan berjalan kaki...

We stayed here for 1 night before travelling to Kuala Lumpur. It was a pretty basic room for 2. All room facilities were working, e.g. aircon. Room was a little outdated, and basic but okay for what we needed. Maybe a little over priced for what it was.

Just for the price, you got a value for money room. You get a nice bed to sleep on, good shower to freshen up yourself, and tv to keep yourself entertain. The wifi connection also is quite good. The location of the hotel also is tremendous, basically you can walk yourself to anywhere, the jetty, restaurant and all. Parking also spacious. Just that, ofr hotel guest, maybe we dont need to pay the parking fee. But overall, all worth it

We stayed here after reading the reviews. Shouldn't listen to everything you hear. Arrived in the afternoon. They did give us parking tickets in order to park the car in a public car park outside.

There's no lift so make sure you're able to carry your cases upstairs. The receptionists spoke little English - yes I know it's in Malaysia but expected some communication skills. The wifi is appalling. You have to leave a deposit.....what for? There's nothing worth stealing. The towels are threadbare and frayed. We had to ask for them to be changed each day, and as for room cleaning daily?......not. Hadn't realised there would be so much traffic passing at silly o'clock each morning making it difficult to sleep. They didn't tell us about the hot water on arrival; only when I asked if there was a kettle for the room. The hot water is in reception. Yes, there is a laundry a few doors away, but you don't stay in a place for a nearby laundry do you? On checking out, they ran upstairs to check we'd not stolen anything.....

Would we return....no.

1 night. Reception is friendly. Most important is cleanliness. Sangat berbaloi untuk setiap sen yg dibelanjakan. In lumut town. Just walk to nearest 24 hour restaurants. Nice ! Peaceful and comfort. Sure will book again.

For price below Rm80/night, this is a good place to stay in lumut town.
Good service and location. I parked my car infront of hotel and just need a short walk to jetty. Mamak shop and western food is around; a easy place to stay.

Located in Lumut main street, walking distance to most amenities like bank, laundry, 7-11, bus station, jetty, restaurants.... We stayed three night for business trip in this hotel, the room is clean and you can get the free WiFi in room. Peaceful environment with helpful staff.
The hotel is provide the free internet surfing with a desktop in lobby area for hotel guest.
Great...will come back again.
