Amazing Staycation

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton West Palm Beach to celebrate our nine-year anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff made our special occasion feel incredibly memorable.

Breakfasts were a highlight of our mornings, thanks to the outstanding service from Latoya and Josh. They greeted us warmly each day, went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and made us feel celebrated on our anniversary trip.

We also want to recognize Lulu, the dining room hostess, who was so pleasant and accommodating. She welcomed us with warmth and made sure we had the perfect start to each day. Her kindness and attention really made our anniversary feel that much more special.

Josh at the pool deserves a huge thank you as well. He went above and beyond serving cocktails and creating a relaxing, festive atmosphere. Enjoying his excellent service while lounging by the pool was one of the highlights of our trip.

One added bonus that sealed the for us was the god cart transportation that took us to all entertainment and restaurants

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience to mark our nine-year anniversary. We highly recommend the Hilton West Palm Beach for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion with top-notch hospitality!

Great hotel will be back!
Pros:

The staff are very nice. NIKKI checked us in. The gentleman in front of us was given a hilton swag bag and gave it to my daughter. The room was very clean and the room attendant assigned to 933 was super sweet. The pool attendants were nice and the sever by the pool were friendly. There was a gentleman by the showed us all the way to the bathroom

Had a great time, we really enjoy the Hilton West Palm Beach centrally located and the staff are great! Great family atmosphere pool is fantastic and they have great service at the bar area.

Beautiful Lobby ..Room was very clean.
King Size bed is the way to go Price was reasonable .. short distance to everything. Kira our waitress for Breakfast was a delight.

Five stars for front desk staff. All staff are amazing!!! Bambi from Philly makes you feel so welcome. Incredible bar tender in the evening!!!

Four stars for the limited dining choices, one restaurant that is closed two nights we were there. Had to rely on leaving the hotel for evening meals.

ARN conference
Pros:

Kemoy who checked me in when I arrived was wonderful. She was also extremely helpful to the group of nurses from Jamaica who attended the ARN conference. I have added a picture of her with the nurses as they were celebrating emancipation day. This is a great place to stay!
