Beautiful hotel! Staff was amazing especially Nick H. who was one of the servers at the pool.

Nickesha, our server, and Katie, the manager, were both exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was outstanding and genuinely welcoming.

Nickesha went out of her way to accommodate a special request by preparing a custom green juice without bananas, which I truly appreciated. Ashraf was also warm, attentive, and eager to help.

What stood out most was the team’s attitude. Every request was met with enthusiasm and a willingness to make the experience great. “No” simply didn’t seem to exist in their vocabulary.

The entire experience made me feel like a valued guest, and the hospitality did not go unnoticed.

This was my first time here. I came for a Burke as conference. The staff service was great! Antonio and Pacale were friendly and professional and so was the pool crew.

Beautiful grounds, clean spacious room, 10/10 hospitality, close to lots of great dining. Highly recommend. My husband and I had a two-night stay in February for his birthday. The check-in process was quick and easy. Our room was a good size. The bedding linens were good quality. The bathroom was clean. We used the on-site gym and liked it very much. A good variety of equipment considering the space. The eucalyptus towels were a nice touch. The decor and artwork throughout the property is something we especially liked. If you enjoy architecture and artwork - you'll appreciate the attention to detail. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the main floor, which was 10/10 quality. We would like to give a special thank you to Bambi for her amazing hospitality at the front desk. I hope she is given a special kudos and reward for her top-notch service. We enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants and again enjoying the vibrancy. There's a charm and a wonder about the area. We ate at Al Camino twice (lol) - it was that good! In the day, we ventured out to the marina, and passed by the Aston Martin dealership on our way back. Would definitely recommend a visit to Hilton West Palm Beach.

Came for a trip and I would absolutely recommend this place to all my friends and family, food was great, room service also the best, staff very friendly, daniel and gigi at the front desk recommended me one of the best places to go spend some down time and I LOVED IT! 10/10. It has a variety of stores nearby, the bartender also was very friendly

Had the best time at the pool bar! Nick was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Pool is gorgeous. Room is very nice. Hilton allowed an early check in. The airport shuttle was free and arrived (after texting) in 5 mins.

Nick H was an awesome server poolside! He went above and beyond to make sure my birthday trip was special!! Reagan at the front desk was very helpful when there was an issue with the battery going bad with the door lock!

Shout out to both Kadria and Karli at the Mezze restaurant We had an early start (before the restaurant officially opened), and they set us with coffee and some danish for the road so my kid wasn't starving. Small things make a big difference. These two women were kind, cheerful, and totally helpful at 6a on a Sunday morning, and we were super grateful.

First time in West Palm Beach, and the neighborhood proved to be the perfect playground. The hotel offers an exceptional balance between relaxed luxury and polished professionalism, never sacrificing comfort for formality. The staff consistently exceeded expectations, approaching every request with confidence and genuine care.

The pool deck is equal parts paradise and art installation. On-site restaurants ensure you only need to leave the property if you choose to.

A special thank you to Makalya and Keitra, who truly went above and beyond to deliver on the promise of a worry-free getaway. For that, we are sincerely grateful.
