My recent stay at the Hilton West Palm Beach was nothing short of outstanding, but what truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional service we received from our server, Nikesha.

From the moment we were seated, Nikesha’s warm personality and professionalism stood out. As a proud Jamaican, she brought a level of genuine hospitality that felt both personal and refreshing. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and ability to anticipate our needs made our dining experience seamless and enjoyable.

Nikesha didn’t just serve us, she created an experience. Her positive energy, engaging conversation, and commitment to excellence reflected the highest standards of customer service. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work, and it truly elevated our stay at the hotel.

The Hilton itself offers a beautiful, clean, and relaxing environment, but it’s team members like Nikesha who make guests want to return.

Highly recommend this property, and if you have the chance, ask for Nikesha, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent customer service. Every request was answered quickly, efficiently and effectively. I always felt like I was important enough to be made a priority.

We recently spent a wonderful weekend at the Hilton West Palm Beach celebrating our anniversary, and thoroughly enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly located — we loved being able to walk to the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and CityPlace, and the live music at La Palma Lounge added such a fun touch to the weekend. What truly stood out, however, was our breakfast experience at Mezze. Our server, Nickesha, was incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful throughout the meal. She made us feel genuinely special as we celebrated our anniversary, and even surprised us with a couple of complimentary mimosas — such a kind and memorable gesture. The breakfast itself was delicious, but Nickesha's outstanding hospitality is what made the experience unforgettable. We left feeling very appreciated and are already looking forward to returning!

Super clean hotel, beautiful lobby with gorgeous room views of the pool and palm trees! Was here for business and felt soo fancy! Everyone I encountered from front desk to security to wait / service staff were amazing. West Palm is a great area too, definitely a great stay

This is a wonderful hotel with stylish public spaces and terrific amenities. Above all, I appreciated the excellent customer service from the staff. In the restaurant Mezze, our server Nickesha was outstanding. Nickesha was very attentive, professional, warm and friendly and made our dining experience outstanding. We looked forward to dining in Mezze because of Nickesha. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

This is a fantas Hilton - so many amenities including outdoor yoga, bikes and shuttles to the beach with full set up there. It’s clean, lots of eating options onsite, and a huge pool. But the best part is the wonderful staff. I’m a frequent visitor and I’ll keep coming!

We ate breakfast at the cafe Mezze and Nina was our server. The food was outstanding and the breakfast meals were plated beautifully. The best part of the experience was our delightful and friendly server, Nina. She is a wonderful part of the waitstaff team. We really connected with her and look forward to our next stay.

Very friendly staff and cleanliness and location!

We only stayed for two nights and wish it was more. Truly a luxury hotel. Our server at Mezze, Nina, was super sweet. Lulu welcomed us to the pool each morning. Josh, at the pool seemed to be everywhere at once. Kevin at the pool bar whipped up some great concoctions for my wife and I. He also recommended eating at Moody Tongue in the Hotel. That turned out to be a home run. The meal was fantastic and Leo and Princess treated us like gold. I wish I could remember the manager’s name. She was great. Not just managing employees but checking on the guests like a good manager should.
We’ll be back.

I had such a great time during my stay! The drinks at Playa were amazing (delicious and strong) , and my room was big and spotless. The staff were all so welcoming, and Juliana at the front desk stood out the most. She helped me with all my questions and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I can’t wait to be back and enjoy the pool again.
