The security and valet teams were excellent! I lost my wallet and they went above and beyond to search for it. Checked security cameras. Etc. I found it under my seat in the car but their efforts were very appreciated. World class. Special thanks to Nelson and Shon Toussaint.

I had a great time at Hilton West Palm Beach! My friends and I were celebrating a bachelorette. Comfortable beds, size able rooms, nice lobby, great pool. Great staff all around, from the check in concierge to the poolside drink server. Shout out to Sebastian who drove my friends and I back to the airport, friendly and quick service!
Rurik is very friendly, and a safe driver. My ride to the airport from the Hilton was very comfortable. He helped me with my luggages and provided a calm experience during the busy rush hour.

This hotel was awesome and all of the employees who work there were super customer service focused. Anything we ask they had a great answer or quick to help. Shout out to the valet who was super fast. Very clean and enjoyable, would return in a minute.
Beautiful hotel within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Greeted warmly when I checked in. Bed very comfortable and the room was quiet.
