Cons:

40 долларов за ночь берут сверху цены букинга. Я так и не поняла что это, потому что в е налоги входили в стоимость на букинге.

Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso, com um hall e áreas externas surpreendentes e muito bem cuidadas. O atendimento foi extremamente cordial por parte de toda a equipe, sempre solícita e atenciosa. A localização é excelente, a poucos passos de um centro comercial com ótimas opções, incluindo um Eataly, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais especial e prática. O café da manhã foi excelente, tanto pela qualidade quanto pelo serviço, sem absolutamente nada a reclamar. A experiência como um todo foi muito agradável e condizente com o padrão da rede.

Cons:

O único ponto a desenvolver está no cuidado com os detalhes da limpeza. Encontramos um pouco de sujeira em locais menos visíveis, como entre a cama e o criado-mudo, além de muitos fios soltos e sem organização. São detalhes pequenos, mas que fazem diferença e ajudam a reforçar o ar refinado que se espera de um hotel da categoria Hilton.
