Very helpful staff, but typical HHonors amenities were absent (executive lounge, drinks, munchies). Can't understand why a major metro property as beautiful as this would not have Diamond member perks on site.

Such a beautiful property! Had such an amazing girls day with my mother and daughter! Sam at the pool took care of us! She’s so sweet and attentive, she took her time to get to know us and the few other people around the pool (it wasn’t very busy). She recommended the pina colada and it was the best pinas we ever had !!! We had more than we anticipated getting but they were too delicious!

Heartfelt thanks for making us feel so special and for making Father’s Day such a memorable day for our family all around! Because there are so many of us, it’s rare that everyone can get together outside of the holidays (about 20 of us!!), so this celebration meant a great deal to us. We truly appreciated all of the extra effort and thoughtful touches that made the day so special too! We had an amazing time! Everyone was incredibly attentive, the service was prompt and excellent, the food was delicious and Conner was absolutely outstanding throughout our entire experience. He was attentive, professional and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Thank you again for helping create such wonderful memories for our family - life is precious and it truly meant the world to us! It’s hard to please that many people and everyone raved about the experience and we’re already trying to figure out when we can book again. 🥰🫶🩷

I had meal (breakfast) and my server Nina and her manager Katie were beyond nice. You rarely meet such wonderful people.
Your front desk staff, a guy (kid) has no hospitality etiquette. He is still very wet behind his ears.

We came down to go to the Hilary Duff concert and everyone was so kind! Conner and Josh at the pool/bar were amazing! So kind and attentive. Zach and Tim were so hospitable and ensured we enjoyed every moment. The room was beautiful and the food was delicious. Valet and the bellmen were quick and always helpful also !

We had a lovely time at the Hilton West Palm Beach! The first thing we noticed upon walking in was how pleasant and upscale the hotel smelled, haha. Our room was nice and clean. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The location conveniently had lots of restaurants across the street. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and pretty as well.

Front desk was a little rude and poor customer service skills. Poor communication. Construction going on was also very loud and disturbing. I feel like for the price people pay for this there should be some sort of warning for this and /or accommodation for the inconvenience And breakfast is super expensive. Not even free coffee

Absolutely phenomenal. The staff from beginning to end including Niko and bar servers who were constantly helping my whole family. A special shout out to all who were at the front desk and throughout the entire hotel. I couldn't have had a nicer, beautiful and fun stay this weekend with my grandchildren and other family. Thank you all. I will be back.

I ended up at this hotel sort of by accident, but it couldn’t have been a better type of accident aesthetically very pretty extremely comfortable beds and pillows and super quiet and clean overall it was a fantastic physical product. However what made it even better was the people even checking in at 2 AM completely exhausted and jetlagged the employee was very kind and efficient this morning. I was struggling to get boarding passes that needed to be printed and Danielat the front desk went above and beyond. He not only helped me get my boarding passes, but also let me know about a food and beverage credit on my account and was overall just super sweet and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I would certainly love to come back for more of a leisure trip with my family it was that nice.

Everything about this hotel was top tier, the airport shuttle, to greeted by Nikki at the front desk, she was very nice and assisted us the whole time of our stay, from the guy that took us downtown in evenings every day, he was so nice and helpful as well. The pool, and restaurant was nice. I’ll be back! Thanks again

The service is always great at this location. Even with 2 big events this wknd, the staff was great. Only 1 vegan option at the restaurant so that needs work but room service for one item was great every time. Valet was very busy but still great experience. The executive suite upgrade for diamond members was nice and a note and some macaroons for us and apologizing for the long wait for our room even though we didn't complain.

The service was extremely disappointing. The team charged the wrong card, and when I asked them to correct it, the receptionist was unable to assist and refused to take responsibility. He repeatedly insisted everything was fine, despite clear errors.

I was also overcharged for breakfast, and no one could explain the charges - they simply refused to help resolve the issue. The staff said, " You can resolve this later if charged incorrectly" - super lazy. The check-in process took over 30 minutes, yet it was still handled incorrectly in the end.

Although clear instructions was provided and a prepaid with company card, they charged my personal card (left for deposit) instead. Even after confirming during check-in that everything was correct, they still processed the payment incorrectly.

Very poor service, unhelpful staff couldn't check-in with supervisor on how to. A frustrating experience.

The room was fine, but when I flushed the toilet, it gurgled in the shower. I could smell a faint sewer smell, but it disappeared. The last day I was there, I came into the room and the sewer smell permeated the room. I contacted the front desk and no one answered. I went down and told them about the smell. She reported it and said someone would come check on it. She also said a manager would contact me-that never happened. That was disappointing. The maid did pour something down the drain that took care of the smell thankfully.

This is perhaps my best experience with Hilton. Everything was clean, neat and organized. Attention to detail was impeccable. I needed an icepack for my knee and the delivered it right away. The hotel has courtsey shuttle service. The afternoon driver not only gave me a ride to the beach but also gave me a nice tour to Palm Beach. The checkin and check out was very efficient. Kudos to the team.
