The people who worked at this hotel were so nice! My family and I wanted to go to the Bear Sanctuary, but it was far out and we did not have a car. The man at the desk personally called around and found someone who would take us at a reasonable price. They provided such great service and were pleasant to talk with. The hotel itself is not super fancy, but we felt like royalty with the genuine care we received. Plus, the location is perfect. Without a doubt, we would go back! Highly recommend.
建物は古く、2日目の夜にお湯が出なくなった。スタッフに言ったら別の部屋のシャワーを使わせてくれて、それ以外にも親切で対応が良く、総合的に満足。
前は少し離れた場所が朝食会場だったらしいが、今はエントランスのカフェスペースみたいなところに配膳してくれる。

Only one complain-hotels.com sold room with balcony, but they didnt have it.
The service by the staff was excellent. It is also located very near the Joma Cafe, Alms givng ceremony area, Mekong River, temples and Mount Phousi.
