Pros:

Hotel był super zlokalizowany, pokoje były czyste, personel przemiły. Przyjechaliśmy do Da Lat o 7 rano i pozwolono nam się wcześniej zameldować abyśmy mogli się odświeżyć i odpocząć przed dalszym zwiedzaniem. Na duży plus zasługują również śniadania, bufet gdzie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Mọi thứ vẫn OK như mọi khi chúng tôi ở. Đa số nhân viên giao tiếp tốt, hỗ trợ nhanh, tận tình và thân thiện.

Cons:

Chúng tôi đã quay lại và ở Hồng Môn lần này là lần 4, chúng tôi không nghĩ là các bạn không biết lịch sử quá trình ở của từng khách để có thể quản lý và phục vụ khách hàng của mình tốt nhất.

Lần này, trải nghiệm của riêng chúng tôi là rất tồi tệ do thái độ phục vụ thiếu tinh tế, biểu hiện coi thường khách hàng, không hướng dẫn chi tiết tường tận cho khách mà một nhân viên Lễ Tân căn bản phải có (tôi rất xin lỗi phải nêu tên nhân viên lễ tân ca đêm là bạn Lâm), thái độ và cách giao tiếp phục vụ của bạn rất cộc lốc và ngạo mạn trong việc hướng dẫn hỗ trợ chúng tôi. Mặc dù bạn đã nhận ra và xin lỗi chúng tôi sau đó, nhưng bạn đã tặng cho chúng tôi sự bực mình đến bất mãn.

Giá cả tăng, thì ngoài việc khách sạn được nâng cấp, chúng tôi mạnh mẽ tin rằng thái độ và cách giao tiếp của nhân viên cũng cần chuyên nghiệp và đồng đều hơn. Còn không, tất cả chỉ một lần và sẽ không bao giờ có lần kế tiếp.

Aide à la location de scooters

Cons:

Les travaux à côté commençaient un peu tôt et il est vrai que des bruits de marteau piqueur au réveil et pour le petit déjeuner n’étaient pas agréables…
Nous avons signalé cela bien qu’ils n’y soient pour rien… Le personnel a fait le nécessaire et le lendemain l’entreprise a commencé plus tard : belle réactivité.

Villa sạch đẹp, thoãi mái, bãi đỗ xe oto thuận tiện. Buffet rất ngon miệng dù ko nhiều món nên mình có thể thử qua hầu như all các món ăn. Nhân viên rất thân thiện!!!
