Pros:

The room and facilities were satisfactory, and the staff members were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The food was alright, but it could've been better with an à la carte menu.

A nice stay for a weekend Getaway
Pros:

I was there for 2 nights and it was a great stay all over. The location was easy to reach and the staff was quite hospitable especially Jyoti at front desk and Aarzoo at the breakfast times. Breakfast options were good too. So again it was a quite a good experience for me and my husband ☺️

Cons:

A small concern about the service when we used to sit on the terrace which was open restaurant we had wait for someone to come and get order like sometimes they see us but don’t walk up towards us so I had to get up and ask someone to come and take order so not a big deal but still someone shud be always available

Ok hotel for indian people.
Pros:

Shower strong water stream.

Cons:

Food mainly Indian cuisine. NO CHEESE, NO MEAT, NO MULTIGRAIN BREAD, NO..., NO..
Water at shower take 5 min to warm up.
Power fails.
Parking is very limited. And hard to bring big suitcases because of big stones at the path that breaks the suitcase's wheels.
AC controlled by hotel control room. You can only on/off.
Hotel a little far from shimla center.
Bed mattress too stiff. Not comforrt.
