The view from hotel and the large area for gathering and spending time with nature is execeptional
At mountains wherein resource are scarce, the water pressure in pipeline was less however still meets expectations
Location ,bonefire dinner menu needs to improve rest is good
Room was good ,bathroom some time foul smell was coming
It was good facility with play area for kids, good food and also served special Jain meals for our family which we find quite difficult. Space had great vibes specially terrace side. Overall it was good experience.
I found pricing much higher compared to other properties providing similar experience.

The centralized heater not working properly

What we loved the most was the hospitality of every staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping. All were soo warm and cordial
The bathroom towels and linen should be changed daily.
They kept the same used linen everyday for us.
