cheaper option, housekeeping is good and on time...

Cons:

Wifi not accessible inside room in laptops, Breakfast service not up to the mark, it is generally mismanaged once crowded, very few breakfast options (no hot servings like dosas and omelette),, gym and play area are so so, most of the sports stuff are broken or damaged, valley view implies view of concrete buildings, mall road is 4km away, taxi are available on call basis but drivers are not well behaved, expected a little better experience on a
family holiday..

It was Good!!
Pros:

It was good facility with play area for kids, good food and also served special Jain meals for our family which we find quite difficult. Space had great vibes specially terrace side. Overall it was good experience.

Cons:

I found pricing much higher compared to other properties providing similar experience.

The staff were fantastic.
The rooms were also decent.
What we loved the most was the hospitality of every staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping. All were soo warm and cordial

The bathroom towels and linen should be changed daily.
They kept the same used linen everyday for us.
