Hotel was comfortable, however, construction kept us awake from 2-7am. Left tired and disappointed
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly, location in the terminal was very handy. Beds were comfortable too

Cons:

From 2am until we checked out, 7am, there was loud drilling that kept us and our baby up.
We understand construction needs to take place, however keeping guests awake in a transit facility they particularly pay for the privilege of peace, quiet and comfort is unacceptable.
Made what could have been a positive travel experience, unnecessarily drawn out and restless.

Da wir mit verschiedenen Airlines flogen, mussten wir durch Security um unser Gepäck zu bekommen und dann wieder ein Einreiseformular ausfüllen. Kompliziert und aufwändig

Well worth the price for long flight survival!0
Pros:

Smooth and efficient service , everything done for jet lagged souls, spacious well soundproofed rooms , sparkling showers. Fast room service. Lots of tea/coffee provided. Comfort plus. So glad we did this for a long 12hr layover before an even longer non-stop flight. We arrived at our final destination in good shape, not shellshocked. Pondering whether to change flights home and use it again rather than straight through.

Cons:

We were too tired to use the restaurant, had complimentary meal. This was okay but a bit on the basic side. Not quite up to the standard of everything else. Nothing wrong with it, just a bit uninspiring.

Pros:

A great place to rest between long haul flights. Comfortable beds. Usually quiet.

Cons:

We could hear noises from a nearby construction. The staff warned us about this when we arrived, but advanced notice and a discount would be helpful.

It was nice stay overall
Pros:

The location is superb, the staff is vey friendly too, overall clean facility and enjoyed the morning buffet with the views to the tarmac

Cons:

The main entry door to the hall way was very noisy and my room 67 was right next to it. So I couldn't sleep due to the disturbence

Affordable with issues.
Pros:

The room was clean with fresh towels.
The bathroom was clean with a warm shower.

Cons:

No drinking water in the room, only in the bathroom.
You cannot adjust the room temperature. Room lights are either too bright and hit you in the face when you on the bed or too dull to see.
The room is not noise cancelling so you can hear loud bangs of the door closing and people talking. Even though it is a quiet zone.

Great facilities for long transfer
Pros:

Quiet clean rooms, and rooftop pool were excellant. Great airside facilities that made our long journey so much more comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic, however it was nice to be able to make some toast and tea before our next flight.
