Pros:

Nous avons adoré la propreté, la piscine en arrivant de l'avion pour se détendre, la localisation direct dans la zone de transit.

Cons:

Nous étions 2 adultes et un enfant de 9 ans et nous aurions aimé savoir que ce n'était que 2 lits simples, on était trop à l'étroit, dans ce cas, il ne faut peut-être pas mettre que c'est possible de dormir à 3 avec un enfant.
L'impossibilité de régler la clim qui était trop froide à notre goût.

深夜着での長時間トランジットには最適
Pros:

トランジットエリア内で、長時間のトランジットに対応できる点。子連れには必須だと思った。

Cons:

たまたまからもしれませんが、予約しているにも関わらず、チェックイン時に時間がかかった。深夜だったのでストレスが溜まった。

Convenient for through travellers
Pros:

I liked the opportunity to stay airside rather than clearing immigration for an 8hour transit

Cons:

Bed s are too firm for me. Not refrigerator in room and automatic close on doors of other guests arriving and leaving was loud and distrusted sleep.
Also it was hard to find once arriving at gate D41 as there was no clear signs and I had to ask for direction.

Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Japan nach Deutschland. Das Zimmer war gut. Wir sind zu dritt gereist, ein Erwachsener zwei Kinder, und hatten ausreichend Platz. Nur 6 Stunden sind allerdings knapp bemessen wenn man mit Familie schlafen will und der Preis unverschaemt teuer, aber so ist es in dieser Stadt, und unabwendbar wenn man zu solchen Uhrzeiten reist. Na ja, es wurde uns erlaubt den Pool auch nach den 6 Stunden noch zu nutzen, das fand ich sehr nett, und ich meine das war eine Ausnahme, aber es hat die Kosten etwas ausbalanciert.

Cons:

War alles ganz ok. Die Singaporianer erscheinen mir manchmal ein wenig kuehler und distanzierter als andere Voelker in Asien, aber das ist nur ein persoenlicher Eindruck und es wird seine Gruende haben. Alles in allem war es ganz nett.

Een praktische overnachting met een prima kamer, maar de bereikbaarheid en de manier waarop het eten was geregeld vielen
Pros:

De kamer was prima en had eigenlijk alles wat we nodig hadden voor een overnachting: goede bedden en een douche. Voor een verblijf van één nacht was de kamer op zich voldoende.

Cons:

Het hotel was 's nachts niet makkelijk te vinden. Dit kan natuurlijk ook komen doordat we net een lange vlucht achter de rug hadden en midden in de nacht aankwamen. Na een aantal keer vragen lukte het uiteindelijk wel.

Wat ik persoonlijk erg onprettig vond, was dat we door een lange gang moesten lopen waar overal mensen op de grond lagen te slapen. Dit gaf meer het gevoel van een soort tijdelijke kampeerplek of niemandsland dan van een hotel.

Daarnaast hadden we een verblijf inclusief eten geboekt. Bij aankomst kregen we echter drie vouchers: twee van 10 dollar en één van 5 dollar om ergens eten te kopen. Voor drie personen is dat natuurlijk niet voldoende voor een maaltijd.

Achtung! Trotz fester Buchung wurde eine Aufzahlung verlangt und das gebuchte Essen habe es auch nicht!

Tolle Lage für eine Nacht im Transitbereich, keine Einreise nach Singapur notwendig

Cons:

Trotz Buchung bei Booking mit klarer Altersangabe unserer beiden Kinder (14, 12) mussten wir vor Ort 80.- Euro aufzahlen, weil die Kinder „12 und älter“ sind; ist mir bei einer Buchung bei Booking noch nie passiert!!! Aber nach einem 13-Stunden Nachtflug war mir die Diskussion zu mühsam, aber Booking wird dazu nach der Reise von mir noch was hören!
Gebucht für 12 Stunden inklusive einer Mahlzeit, aufgrund eines Betreiberwechsels (der mit via Mail auch mitgeteilt wurde, wobei es im Mail hieß, an meiner Buchung ändere sich nichts) gab es keine Essen, stattdessen wurden wir mit einem Gutschein von rund 5.- pro Person (!) für angeblich alle Restaurants im Flughafen abgespeist, der dann fast nirgends einlösbar war; außerdem konnte man zu viert immer nur einen Gutschein beim Zahlen einlösen, also müsste ich für 4 Personen viermal zahlen….. das war wirklich eine Sauerei! Auch diesbezüglich wird Booking noch von mir hören!!
Ich buche viel bei Booking und war bis jetzt immer zufrieden aber sowas ist mir noch nie passiert…

Good for what you pay for.
Pros:

Convenient for a quick layover. I chose the 6 hour option, bed was very comfortable and I had some good rest.

Cons:

Once checked out of the room, you’re allowed to spend time in the lounge area. There are some nice bathrooms and showers, as I had a few spare hours, I enquired about the possibility of borrowing/hiring a towel. The request was firmly declined. Another thing to bear in mind is that the gym and pool etc. are only accessible from 10am to 10pm. If you’re on a night flight schedule, then you only get to look at the wellness area.

Perfect place to break up the long flight between Australia and UK
Pros:

Best hotel for 6 or 12 hour stay in Singapore to sleep, rest and swim to break up the journey from UK to Australia. I've stayed there many times and it’s rejuvenating to sleep in a comfortable bed and swim in the lovely outdoor pool. A big plus is that you book the 6 or 12 hour time slot for whatever time you need, so there’s no extra expense with early/late check in if your stay is not within standard hotel check in times. Location is very convenient. Being airside there’s no requirement to go through immigration and it’s a quick trip on the skytrain to Terminal 1 or a 10 minute walk, which can be nice after sitting on a plane for a long time. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a lounge area with free tea and coffee if you need somewhere to sit before or after your booked 6 or 12 hours. Staying in this hotel means I can fly economy class and not waste the first few days of my holiday recovering from the journey

Cons:

No fresh cold milk for my tea in the lounge area. I worked out I could use the coffee machine to get steamed, frothy milk, which was pretty weird in tea but a better option than a packet of powdered creamer
