Good Place
Pros:

My room location. The best location. Its a corner top and I can saw two side road very well.
Second thing the reception staff Krenena, she welcomed us very good. She explaind me many things even how to walk in city, how to use metro and buss.
All types of food near hotel and easy to eccess all places.

Cons:

Pillow was not good. I think they have a to change its. These pillow is good for sit and see movies but not for sleep

I had a very good experience at The Whitechapel Hotel.

Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel regarding a late check-in, as my flight landed in the evening and I still had to travel from Heathrow by metro. The communication was clear, quick and reassuring, and the hotel was very accommodating. Everything was arranged smoothly, and someone was available to assist with my check-in despite my arrival being after reception hours, which I truly appreciated.

The staff were friendly, professional and helpful, making the whole process stress-free after the travel. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport.

I would definitely stay here again.

Decent for price. Good welcome.
Pros:

Elmas on reception was excellent, warm welcoming and very clear.
Good value.
Decent location for tube.
Comfy pillows. Hot shower.
Reasonable size for price.

Cons:

The room was a bit tired and dated. The bulb was faulty in the mirror/sink area.
The city view was the very top of a building in Shoreditch and aside from that it was a dirty atrium.
Air con too loud to leave on.
