Perfectly located in the east part of London for all the sites we wanted to see. Short walk to tube. Safe feeling neighborhood, even at night. Laureta at the front desk was sweet and welcoming. As the room was ready, she kindly offered early check-in which allowed us to get a jump on our day being right off our trans-atlantic flight. That was a wonderful start to our London vacation.

Comfortable bed
I usually do not post reviews, but this one deserves to be mentioned. Listed as four star hotel, can barely give 3 stars. Hotel, which half of the time was unattended by staff with opened front door. In case of questions, communication via audio and video device placed at the front desk. At the same time, guests' belongings are left unsupervised in luggage room. Asked for drinking glasses, there was none to be offered. Placed some food in the refrigerator, which got spoiled, as refrigerator just stopped working. Water leaking in the hallway from the ceiling. Hallway was absolutely dark, no lights at all- had to use telephone torch to get to our door. Stairway full of staff, in case of emergency very dangerous situation. Need to walk across the room in order to get to the sink, as sink was located separate from the bathroom. Misaligned shelf, TV set and bedhead on the wall. Familiarise yourself with the neighborhood. Consider finding another place to stay.
Super clean, friendly staff, great location. Also I arrived 3 hours early to leave my luggage and Laureta let me check in as the room was ready. Tea & coffee, biscuits
I can’t think of anything.
Price, room
Interesting neighborhood in this part of London with lots of food choices and a huge market nearby Whitechapel. Walking distance to underground stations Whitechapel and Aldgate (7-10 min). The room was clean and tidy and staff (Mert) very welcoming and service minded. Good value for the money. Coffee and tea in room and a fridge so you can buy stuff and keep it cold. That was a bonus.
Well, possibility to eat breakfast at hotel would have been nice, but we knew that wasn't available when we book.
Staff were excellent, Laureta at the front was especially helpful and friendly. Rooms had a decent fridge which is rare and the price was amazing.
There were some small snagging things in the room that could do with being repaired or replaced but nothing was unusable.
The room had everything you need, it was clean and everything was running smoothly.
Laureta was really helpful and welcoming so special thanks to her.
Bed could be bigger but it wasn't that big of a problem it was comfy
Alle faciliteiten die je verwacht waren er.
Staff were lovely, Kremena at the front desk did their best to help with anything we needed. Rooms had a decent fridge. The price was excellent
There were a few snagging things across both rooms that need repaired or replaced, nothing essential but enough to be noticeable.
Super schönes Eckzimmer
Cleanness of the whole facility and kindness of the staff.
N/A
The staff were really helpful and tried their best to please.
Sometimes you had to wait longer than you should for someone to attend reception. This was for check in, and a room query
