Pros:

The staff were amazingly helpful, including Mert and Loretta. They went above and beyond, even helping us with where to pick up local transport. 5* customer service.

Cons:

Didn't like that there were no provisions to have breakfast at the hotel, only in a cafe over the road.
Also, there was no wash basin in the bathroom, only in the bedroom, which we found inconvenient after needing to wash our hands after using the toilet.
The hot water took ages to come through the taps and shower, and run cold for quite a while before it warmed up.
Whilst the room and bed itself were clean, our bedroom floor wasn't very clean and made our socks dirty and wasn't ideal with bare feet.. We know the bathroom was designed as a wet room, but the water was very slow to drain after a shower which meant that you got wet feet when using the toilet afterwards.
.We must admit that we did find the accommodation a bit disappointing, and felt that it did not meet with our expectations for a 4* rating.

La posizione è strategica, vicino alla metropolitana. Camera essenziale ma comoda.

Cons:

Pochissimi asciugamani in stanza, stanza non proprio pulita e come zona alla sera non da grande sensazione di sicurezza

Great stay for price
Pros:

Our stay was lovely , Laureta at the front desk was so helpful and kind she made check in smooth and showed us up to our room and explained how everything works, we would come back again

Cons:

Nothing we didnt like but having the sink outside the bathroom confused us a little as thats different to where we have stayed before and at home

Pros:

Posizione vicina alla fermata della metro della Elizabeth Line.

Cons:

Pulizia, letto scomodo, assenza di box doccia (la doccia è di fianco al gabinetto e si allaga tutto il bagno), lavandino separato dal bagno e attaccato al letto, letto scomodo, rumore intenso proveniente dalla strada (le finestre isolano molto poco).

Destacar la amabilidad del personal, nos atendió Lauretta y estuvo muy pendiente de nosotras.

Cons:

La habitación era pequeña para los estándares españoles. La ubicación un poco alejado, pero por ser Londres es razonable. No me encantó el barrio
