Spacious room and fun pool!
Pros:

Great place to stay! The queen suite worked so well for our family and we loved being able to make dinner in the kitchenette. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Best continental breakfast we’ve ever had.

Cons:

Beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at

The property was in a good location.

Cons:

I had high hopes for this hotel. We were just staying overnight with our baby. Immediately when we walked into our room it looked dirty and the floor in the kitchen was sticky. The walls in several areas of the room were covered in stains and splatters. When we went to the living room area, the couch was covered in stains and the kitchen silverware was dirty. The fridge was also not properly cleaned either. The bathroom was filthy. The shower covered in mold. The drains in the tub would not stay up while you showered. Only one of the lights in the bathroom worked. The mirror light did not work either. There were spider webs in the bathroom light covers. The cabinetry in the bathroom was severely worn and peeling. We also were hoping to use the dresser in the bedroom to store our clothes, but all the drawers were broken and could not be opened properly. To top it all off, around 9am, the morning we were to check out of the hotel, a housekeeping lady came into our room unannounced. She did not knock, she literally unlocked our door from the outside and walked in. She did not even apologize. We truly love Hilton hotels, but this one was just flat out awful. I also have plenty of other pictures to show how bad it really was. It seems as though this hotel used to be good, looking at previous reviews, but has since gone downhill. For $200 a night you’d think it would at least be clean. I highly recommend looking elsewhere to stay. We have stayed at many Hiltons in the past, but will now reconsider and look at other options.

Pros:

Location was great, staff was very nice and helpful when we came in early and needed an extra night. Rooms were quiet.

Cons:

Our shower had extremely low water pressure, no room service until late on 3rd day, limited trash cans in suite.

Wonderful. Very convenient location. It offers the convenience of being near the city without being in the city.
Pros:

Convenient location that offers plenty of room and amenities.
Pros:

I have never used GrubHub as a "delivery service," but that was part of the stay! No room service is available and being able to use that service to order local food at no charge (However, I like to tip nice) is an excellent option when you are too tired from driving all day and just want to stay in. I really do wish that was available where we live. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Cons:

ONLY thing that I could think of is the price? It truly wasn't horrible, but again, ONLY thing I can think of.

Pros:

Very nice and clean!

Cons:

The room was humid, even though the thermostat was set at 68, the room still felt stuffy and humid. The indoor is very small for a hotel that big. When just a few families show up, there isn’t much room to play in the pool.

Comfortable for a one night stop but no more
Pros:

Lovely big suite. Comfortable bed. Very easy to check-in.

Cons:

Breakfast was a low point: plastic plates, overcooked eggs out of a packet, terrible yoghurt, no maple syrup for the waffles (corn syrup instead)
Having to pay for small water bottles given the price of the bedroom was unnecessary.
