Enjoyed our stay, Nice location, would stay again.
Pros:

Two night say with my daughter and her dog. Hotel is well presented and cleaned very well. staff where friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, comfortable beds, clean and with everything working. Nice open lounge/bar/restaurant area with fair bar prices. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, but would point out there is no food served on Sunday evening. Nice area with woodland lake walk close and several local pubs.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit dated/worn, but had a good shower and plenty of hot water. No issues.

Friendly place to stay.
Pros:

Used as a base for visiting family in the area, The room was clean and spacious The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Some of the other guests were rather noisy late at night but that's not the hotels fault.

Struggle to justify even the relatively cheap price - better alternatives are available for budget.
Cons:

Wifi wasn't operational. Room had a bad odour. Linen did not look clean. Decoration was in need of refreshing (missing lampshade, dirty walls and ceilings etc).

The smoke smell was awful walking through the corridors to get to the room. Quite off putting.
