Staff so polite and cheerful.
Victoria sorted out an issue very fast and efficiently, through an error with booking through a 3rd party sight. Exceptional customer service.
Loved the health club, breakfast and dinner was lovely.
Can't wait to come back.

Pros:

the reception staff member was incredibly helpful and friendly. the swimming pool and spa facilities were excellent. Great to have free parking.

Cons:

the dining/bar staff were trying their best and always seemed rushed off their feet, which I assume is why it felt a bit slow and curt at times. But nothing bad, just kept saying "i'll be with you in a minute, but it never was". maybe more staff might help?

Too hot to sleep
Pros:

It was in a great location for Cadwell Park circuit

Cons:

The room was OK but insanely hot. The window only opened a fraction and there were noisy drunk people outside and the air con did absolutely nothing. It was a very uncomfortable night. Seeing as that was all we were doing there ( we didn’t even have time for breakfast) it really didn’t deliver. Sorry!

Pros:

Room and bed so comfortable and clean. Shower pressure brilliant, lovely garden area.
All staff very professional and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Cons:

Hot food at breakfast could have been hotter. Fabulous selection of food to choose from, ladies serving at breakfast were very attentive and did a great job.
