Seagulls on roof.....
Stayed for just one night as a quick stopover, but we were very impressed. The hotel was clean and tidy, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. As we had to leave early, breakfast was arranged early for us and delivered to our room, which was much appreciated. The food was lovely, and the room service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!
Property was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast.
Our room was at the front of the hotel facing a road with no fencing around to separate from the pavement. There was a very busy event while we were there so there were people standing outside very close to our window and some were sitting in front of the window. It was an extremely hot day but we had to close our windows and curtains in the middle of the day.
The room was comfortable and mostly clean. Very powerful shower over the bath. Staff were mostly pleasant.
The wooden surfaces in the room ( desk and bedside units) were sticky to the touch.
On-site parking was denied, we had to use the adjacent council run car park, thankfully there was no charge between 6pm Saturday and 8am Monday.
The property was very clean and excellently presented.
The room was very spacious and was very surprised that there was an air conditioning unit in both bedrooms and the sitting room which in the recent heatwave were very much needed. The breakfast was excellent and we ate in the restaurant the second evening and the food was fresh and very good my wife had a steak and it was cooked to perfection and very tender.

Staff are lovely and so helpful. Rooms are clean and have everything you need, even a fridge and ironing board which made me feel at home!
Couldnt use their second carpark but wasnt a problem as told us in advance so really not a didnt like!
