Location....right on sea front.
The ridiculous entry code on arrival and the key being in a coded key box. Some one was on reception any way so why not have a normal check in procedure. We were in what appeared to be a disabled persons room....judging by the kit in the place....which we didnt need or ask for. The room was very dark with one very small window. The breakfast was poor.... we stayed in 4 hotels on island....this was the poorest (and not the cheapest).

This property is located overlooking the beach when you step outside. You can also enjoy the amazing views from the breakfast lounge.
Staff were really helpful and responsive. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.
It’s also very close to the bus stop in case you’re planning to use public transport to get around.

That we couldn't get a drink on arrival as no bar facility's it was a bad time we went last year it was great freshly cooked breakfast and we'll managed this time dreadful won't b goin back that's for sure

I wasnt told that they did not have an alcohol license and there was no food only breakfast. This should have been told to me when I was booking it. I am really mad and it spoiled my trip to the isle of wight. I expect compensation as I had to travel to get a restaurant and an alcoholic drink. Looking forward to what you say ?????
