If you are with us for multiple nights we would not usually service your room during your stay, however we can on request. Please let us know on check-in if you would like your room to be serviced during each day of your stay.
Please note: The guestrooms are located on three floors and a elevator/elevator offers access to the first two floors with stair access to all three. Due to the original architecture of our Georgian period property all floors have varying levels and do require some access via steps/stairs. Assistance is always readily available.
The hotel is a very popular venue for weddings and events over the weekends and occasional weekdays and has music until late that may affect some of our guest rooms.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Vriendekijk personeel, mooie sfeervolle lokatie en we is een lift.
Het is een oud pand met bijkomstige issues ( buren soms hoorbaar bij kontaktgeluiden of ruzie) en het is of koud of warm, maar dat is ook een deel van de charme
The view
The bed was too high and TV too low... Not comfortable

Difficult approach roads particularly in one direction but know little can be done here. Limited bar stock for real ale drinkers.

Great place to stay, clean and comfy beds, the staff were fantastic. Beautiful place to stay. Free car parking which is a bonus. We got the bus into Bath which was great, nice and easy. We had dinner in their restraunt, it was lovely, the bar downstairs was great. Very nice experience.
The bed was comfortable?
Ensuite smelt dank/ damp! Main sewage pipe ran down ensure wall making noises through the night!
Upgraded to an executive suite with views...of a car park!!

The beds were very uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant was quite poor. After having dinner we decided not to have the breakfast. Parking for disabled was also very poor. Only saw 1 space which was occupied by someone who wasn’t showing a blue badge
The views from the balcony were beautiful and the property itself is stunning on the outside. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. There was a good supply of tea, coffee and milk pods.
The road in is treacherous!
Once we informed the guy at reception that we were not interested in joining a reward group, he was very cold. There was a lift for part of the way, but we still had to negotiate stairs with luggage due to the maze of rooms. The dining room was nice, but the food was expensive for what was on offer and the poor wait staff seemed really bored: they kept on trying to find things to do.
This could be a brilliant place to stay with a little effort.
Lovely quiet atmosphere, staff very attentive, breakfast excellent and evenings meals good. Set in a country environment.
The location was excellent and easy to find. The welcome was excellent with the night manager (a gentlemen from Greece) explaining everything from room location, to history of property and other useful information.
The breakfast arrangements were described on the first day, with a choice of cereals and cooked food. We had a couple of restaurant meals, that were of good quality with excellent service by Caitlin.

Beautiful building and location, great for local pub and meeting friends.
Double bed was very small and the room decor was tired. The curtains didn't cover the window properly, and it was very loud from other rooms.
