Please note that weddings and functions are held every weekend throughout the year.

Guests should kindly note that payment will be taken upon arrival.

If you are with us for multiple nights we would not usually service your room during your stay, however we can on request. Please let us know on check-in if you would like your room to be serviced during each day of your stay.

Please note: The guestrooms are located on three floors and a elevator/elevator offers access to the first two floors with stair access to all three. Due to the original architecture of our Georgian period property all floors have varying levels and do require some access via steps/stairs. Assistance is always readily available.

The hotel is a very popular venue for weddings and events over the weekends and occasional weekdays and has music until late that may affect some of our guest rooms.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The views are fantastic and the staff are very polite and helpful. We had a room upgrade to an executive room with a view from a standard room with a view which was a lovely surprise. Parking was easy and the breakfast was very tasty. The location was beautiful, very quiet, scenic and well looked after. The room was equipped with a fan, towels, hairdryer and kettle aswell as milk, coffee, tea and sugar. It was warm and comfortable in most aspects.

Cons:

Overall, the room was quite dated. A very noisy bed frame (just sitting on it it creaked alot let alone trying to get comfy to sleep) and we were very conscious of how much noise the floors made as we moved around the room. Anyone moving around on the same floor was VERY audible from our room and the adjoining room's bathroom sounded like our own shower/tap/toilet was being used.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war ok. Es stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Bath ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Bath hat eine Umweltzone, die aber Pkw's mit grüner Plakette nicht betreffen sollte. Neben der hauseigenen Bar gibt es auch fussläufig ein Pub. Sehr schön ist die Hotelterasse mit angeschlossenem Garten.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Staff were brilliant. The receptionist made me feel at home and very welcome.
Things to do in Bath…..I discovered the book case with the relevant literature on the morning of my departure in spite of having asked if any was available!
Otherwise all were helpful. Thank you.

Perfect Bath weekend
Pros:

Loved the beautiful location, the stunning grounds, and the size of the rooms. We had a lovely warm welcome from reception and enjoyed a drink on the terrace that evening. Very accommodating even though they had a wedding event on.

Cons:

Needed better pillows (and more of them), staff marquee outside the room window meant we could hear chatting late at night when trying to fall asleep, and we needed the window open as the room was very hot. Shower temperature temperamental

Struttura molto vecchia andrebbe decisamente rimodernata e rinfrescata. Letto piccolo e scomodo con ancora le molle.
