Good location, clean and tidy, friendly staff
From the outside the hotel looks a little run down , but once inside it was really nicely appointed. Very nice lounges and bars with fabulous views. Very good dining room with good food choices. Staff were likeable and friendly and looked after the guests excellently
On the second night the large doors to the dining room were left open and it became quite drafty with cool air
The room was lovely clean,well equipped with a fantastic view.the receptionist was so helful,even booked another hotel for dinner for us as they were full up.

The staff are friendly, very efficient and professional. My room had a wonderful view across the water and was very comfortable. The food was exceptional, quite yummy and well prepared and presented.
The bedroom got too warm at night.
