Pros:

Warm welcome at reception but from there it was a terrible experience.

Rude staff, poor quality food and poor value for money (stay and food).

Very nice staff, car park present, perfect location in Newmarket, 12 minutes by car from Rossdales equine hospital. Extremely clean and very comfortable bed.

Clean rooms, well located, just unnecessarily noisy due to lack of maintenance on doors.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the parking was very handy. Also it was easy to access the facilities and go out for a walk as it's in the town and walkable distance from the high street.

Cons:

My husband couldn't sleep due to the doors banging. The doors that separate rooms from the halls were set in a wrong way, so it doesn't matter how much people tried to close them properly (people don't even try regularly) it banged at the end. That meant a difficult night for him.

Pros:

Location was superb. Didn't gave breakfast but dinner and Sunday carvery was excellent.
