Convenient and comfortable stay
Pros:

For a standard room it was comfortable. Added bonus of tea making facilities. Location perfect for the high street evening meal, perfect for the morning gallops. We were there for a yard visit close by.

Cons:

Noise from the nearby garage in the morning, not too bad though

Really Comfortable Value For Money Suite
Pros:

We stayed in the July Suite. It is a really comfy and large suite with a massive bathroom. Car parking was so easy and the location in the centre of Newmarket was ideal for our stable visit.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed for dinner. Please just tell guests before they arrive.
Once we worked out using the air con as the room heater, I was not sure how the superb bathroom could be made warm.
Would not have been confident of warmth with freezing outdoor temperatures?

Pros:

Location was good comfortable bed and room facilities were ok had breakfast which was sufficient

Fantastic Hotel. Amazing price & location.
Pros:

I loved being next to all the horses! Huge bathroom with a fabulous tub. My bed was very comfy & my morning walk was peaceful & beautiful. It's right on the edge of town. Great location.

Cons:

More horses LOL. Not their fault, it rained while we were there. The windows are a little dated, but kept the cold & rain out.

Decent hotel in a very convenient location.
Pros:

The location was very convenient for me - close to town and not too far to walk from the railway station. The room was fine and had all needed for an overnight stay and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't like the air-con heating system. It was noisy and quite stuffy when it was on but without it the room was extremely cold. I had to fold the double duvet in half to keep me warm enough to sleep without the heating on. Maybe I didn't use the air-con unit properly and some instructions might have helped.

Enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was ideal for the town and the gallops if you are interested in horses.. The breakfast was excellent with several options available The bedrooms was adequate and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room made it feel cold at times until you found out how to adjust it.
