Location. Hotel building and facilities. Lovely views. Peaceful.
Lack of vegetarian options both in starters and main courses in the restaurant.
Cauliflower three nights running did not appeal therefore we needed to go out to eat for two of our three nights which we didn't really want to!
The room was big, but not much furniture. Unfortunately, room 7 doesn't have a fridge, a hairdryer or an iron board. The carpet in the communal areas needs a good cleaning or replacement. Other than that, the location is fantastic with a stunning view overlooking Cardiff city and Cardiff Bay. Breakfast was delicious, just a bit small portion.

Guinness on tap (personal preference) and no electric car charging, there was some advertised but it was a 3 pin plug!
