Beautiful country hotel, quiet, fabulous views, well maintained, staff courteous and helpful, squeaky clean, mattress really comfortable, tea and coffee in the room, decor in keeping with the age of the property. Fan provided during hot weather.

The view is spectacular and the outside seating makes best use of it. Breakfast great and varied. The lamb at evening meal was delicious.
Milk Jugs at breakfast are inadequate. We had to make frequent trips to the cookery to get our thimble filled up.
The staff had already put a fan on in our room due to the unusually hot weather.

The open roaring fire, the friendly staff and the stunning vistas.
They ran out of a couple of things at the breakfast. I was looking forward to the smoked salmon but the rest of the food was good.
The staff werr extremely helpful, they gave us Baroness Room which we liked very much. In particular a gentlemen called Ewan helped me put a fan in the room and also the lady who came to check the radiator were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent too
The hotel Location and views!
There is an ‘old smell’ in the rooms. The property feels run down and needs renovation.

The room was spacious spotlessly clean and the bed extremely comfortable.
The breakfast was cooked to order , great selection and very tasty. The staff were friendly, professional and polite.
The staff and the view and the food was very good too!
Beautiful location, stunning spacious bedroom and a lovely large bathroom with a nice rainforest shower and a separate bath tub. The breakfast options were delicious and the bar was great. Staff were incredibly helpful with a special shout out to Lovelle for the exceptional service on our last evening. Hopefully we will be back someday!
There was nothing I didn’t like! However just a couple suggestions-
-Sweet breakfast options for the future? French toast, waffles, buttermilk pancakes with fruit etc.
-more attractive stemware in the bar area. There’s a great wine and spirit selection but I’m very particular about my wine and champagne glasses.
Staff are always amazing. Breakfast is beautiful. Scenery on the balcony and all around is superb.
