Friendly informative welcome checking in,room was clean warm and comfortable with a lovely view from the window. Also enjoyed a baby meal in the Indian restaurant within the hotel.
Slightly too many spicey Indian aromas on the first floor . I would definitely stay Here again though 👍
Nothing really us no parking no photos off the parking floor boards was horrendous every movement you could hear the tv was too small bad location at the top off the ceiling staff was not very friendly

Lovely location free parking warm clean and very comfortable bed, 20 min walk to city centre. parking is limited we arrived at 2pm and got a space.
It was close to our location, we were leaving so early we didn't have breakfast, the room was very clean, the bathroom was more modern than the rest of the room but it was comfortable and all of us were very happy. The moment we got out of the car we could smell some amazing Indian food being cooked. When we got round to the front we found out it was in the hotel, can't wait to go back next year and eat there (we already had a table booked elsewhere).
The halls were a bit dated and carpet was thinning compared to the bar and bathrooms. The receptionist (who also served us drinks) was lovely and polite, however there was another guy who was stocking the bar and was a bit abrupt in taking over from the guy serving us to ask for one of our IDs (she did get her ID and was over 18). Just felt it could have been handled better, quietly asked the guy serving us to make sure he asked for ID or he could have said 'hello' to us first and then asked with a hint of a smile.
