Experience of room can differ, but staff are always welcoming
Pros:

Location from city

Cons:

Parking is not ideal for work, but the staff always try to help you find a parking spot. Which makes up for it.

Removes can differ drastically, so be prepared to have a completely different remove experience. My first visit was a room that was very spacious, but this time was like a box room. Not bad for short stay,but long term stay would be not ideal.

A tired hotel in need of a refurbishment and staff doing their best
Pros:

the room was comfortable although somewhat old fashioned and shoehorned into the roof . Kettle and hot drink facilities were good. The night staff were good and helpful.

Cons:

the shower head was poorly placed and water temperature poor as it regularly went from cold to very hot on its own. Day time staff disinterested with the problem
Bathroom window was either closed or fully open but nothing in between

Pros:

The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and enthusiastic

Cons:

The room was hot, and with the window open, it was noisy.
The overall condition of the hotel was poor (probably no refresh for about 20 years), so worn and dirty carpets, the cushion on the bed has stains, and the carpet felt grubby in bear feet. The breakfast selection was poor, no espresso coffee option, no honey available despite offering it as an option.with the yoghurt, and very limited fruit available.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

TV in room didn’t work , shower unable to maintain a constant temperature.The hotel has an Indian restaurant which results in all of the areas smelling of Indian food .

Not the greatest experience but hotel was clean and staff were very helpful
Pros:

The location was good and the restaurant next door was nice,the breakfast was good

Cons:

No parking on site,no permits to park on street,no fan for our room with very small windows also no tv remote

Comfortable hotel with a first class restaurant
Pros:

Hotel was good value - the attached restaurant was first class. Very positive reviews but still surprised it was packed on a Monday evening with a good mix of guests and non-guests making a good atmosphere. Food and service were excellent

Pros:

Sorry, our experience was short, in the sense we left after work from Kent and only arrived after midnight for a morning graduation, so we did not enjoy a full experience.
However, the staff were welcoming and helpful and we both enjoyed the comfortable bed.

Pleasant stay but wrong location for us
Pros:

Cooked breakfast was excellent. Lady who served was lovely, pleasant and professional

Cons:

No air conditioning in room so had difficulty sleeping on a very warm and humid night.
Booked this hotel as it looked close to the venue I was attending but in reality, it was miles away
