Better wallet at a Premier in
Pros:

The staff were nice & friendly. Bed was comfortable. The receptionist tried to help with a fan in the heat

Cons:

No lift. Being in the attic ( all the stairs). Only Indian food on the restaurant menu. No decent working fan.
Not enough rooms with a walk in shower. Room was in need of refurbishment. We booked at last minute so we appreciate it was what room you had left

The location was convenient as it wasn’t too far to walk to the West Jesmond Metro station

Cons:

No lift access, limited parking, little to no ventilation which made the room hot and stuffy. The double bed was smaller than any I have stayed in previously.

Ideal place to stay in Jesmond
Pros:

Kind and friendly staff, comfortable room with super comfy bed, tea making facilities, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful, perfectly cooked hot items and a good selection of continental items. Very nice dining area. Indian restaurant right next door. The hotel is well served with local buses and is located in a peaceful and leafy part of Jesmond. Thoroughly recommended - great value for money.

Personnel très cordial, bien situé avec parc et commerces tout proches, bon petit déjeuner, parking à disposition... Idéal pour partir découvrir la ville et sa très belle région.
La côte n'est pas loin et elle est splendide: profitez de votre séjour pour aller voir St Mary'Island et ses phoques par exemple;-)

This hotel is a little gem
Pros:

Great location and easy bus trips to and from town and are around hotel has plenty bars, stores and coffee shops etc. Hotel rooms are clean and very quiet considering it’s on a main road. Food is very good from breakfast range of freshly cooked hot food and cereals. If you like Indian food the restaurant is a must for what is a truly great selection of dishes.

Cons:

Best western promotions of free breakfast, because when I booked 2 rooms for 4 people I checked offers and even called the hotel for the free breakfast offer and was told they couldn’t do it indefinitely. Strangely though I received a BW email before staying offering freely breakfast. So annoying
