Apart from the bed everything was great and I would go back again
Pros:

Staff were lovely, clean room and excellent value for money

Cons:

The bed was ? Broken, mattress was sloping down one side so I had to prop myself up with pillows

Pros:

Room was comfortable. Good choice of cooked breakfast. Location good for visiting my daughter who is at Newcastle University.

Cons:

Bathroom floor wasn't clean. Not good choice of cold breakfast. Stairs steep and narrow, which wasn't easy for my 80 yr old Mother.

Very dated room, including bathroom suite. Furniture in room and corridors are very tired looking.

Pros:

Great location, parking onsite, clean and well prepared room.
A lovely night away

Cons:

It didn't change my overall experience, however the shower not the best, (trickle) but did the job!
TV didn't work (but may just need batteries for the remote) I read my book and watched some clips on my phone.
I would book again.

Stay there in the summer months
Pros:

Location suited my needs

Cons:

There was no heating in room on arrival, but did warm up by evening, also the heating was not present at breakfast in the restaurant, required both my wife and I to wear our coats.
