Cons:

The breakfast was no more than OK but was way overpriced. I've had better in cheaper hotels. If we stayed again we would source breakfast in a local cafe or pub. The hotel was clean but rather tired in appearance. It needs. IMHO, a refresh.
The second night they closed the restaurant without warning. We had to find an evening meal elsewhere and, to be fair was better quality and less expensive.

Pros:

I liked everything the staff were friendly the room lovely and clean and spacious. The towels were lovely and soft. The facilities were excellent the pool the steam room and jacuzzi. The restaurant which we used was the farmers bar and we felt comfortable. The food was good and service fast.

Comfy stay with great pool and dining facilities
Pros:

We loved the location for exploring King’s Lynn. We were travelling with our baby and there was a travel cot provided as well as ample high chairs. Everything was super comfy and perfectly clean.

Cons:

We loved our stay here! People comment on the dated decor - but we thought it was kindof cool.

On the whole, very enjoyable.
Pros:

The only negative thing was a constant low noise like that of a generator which kept me awake.

Cons:

The spa wasn't open. Didn't like the old fashioned windows. I wouldn't say a 4 star hotel tbh. Swimming pool was across the way. Breakfast selection was limited. Not that impressed tbh. Bathroom door in the corner looked like it had water damage and kitchen cupboard door was coming off the hinges. Bed should have been other end of the roompersonally. . Bed right outside Bathroom door, could hear everything going on in the bathroom when in the bed, embarrassing for some imo.

Big rooms, great breakfast, staff were nice

Cons:

Room was hot, a lot of moths inside, spa was terrible. Unclean, jacuzzi wasn’t working and limited access (you can only access the pool and Jacuzzi which was misleading). We accidentally wondered into the spa before being asked to leave but the steam rooms weren’t good anyway. Quite expensive for what you get.

Excellent Location, and nice atmosphere, pity about the Jacuzzi (OoO for the 5 days we were there)

Decor and furniture in public areas and room were rather dated and tired, place needs a freshen up. The Jacuzzi was out of order, we were there 4 nights and it was still out of order on the 5th day! Was disappointing
