Too hot!
Surrounding beautiful 😍
The staff were very lovely, friendly, helpful and accomodating
Nothing to share.
Nice staff
Excellent blinds and curtains combo to keep sun and some heat out during the day.
Nice shower and powerful enough to wash even my thick hair
Lovely bed and pillows
Girl on buffet told me the sign saying 'gluten free available on request' meant the tray of sandwiches were all gluten free. Obviously they weren't and I had to push her to check. I then received a really nice selection and was impressed.
When doing a buffet you should bring up anyone with allergies first as the tongs were all cross contaminated with gluten so I couldn't have anything until a fresh batch was brought out.
Too hot, but that's not your fault as I knew no air conditioning when booked.
Breakfast great, room no airconditioning, bed fine
Staff were great
Lovely hotel, clean and tidy. Staff very attentive. Especially your night porter letting us in at 2.45am!

The staff were excellent and a big shout out to the night porter , what service he provided . He totally went out of his way to greet us very late in the night after a party and provided us with cold bottles of water. It’s the simple things in life that matter
The team where great and the food quality and choice really good
No air conditioning in the bedroom or main breakfast room.
Very comfortable and clean rooms. Nice restaurant and dining area. Plenty of parking available.
The room was very hot. It was in the middle of a heat wave, but it was quite unbearable. There was a good fan, but as it hasn’t been on through the day, it was very warm through the night.
Breakfast was delicious, but took a long time to come. 25 minutes just to get a small portion of scrambled egg and smoked salmon.
The breakfast was very good, lovely choices
Liked the whole stay
There was plenty of parking available. The gardens were lovely and there was also a resident peacock that came up to my window.
My room was far too hot and overlooked the roof and all the extraction pipework. As there was no air conditioning and only provided with a fan that didn’t oscillate I kept the window open which meant I could hear everything from outside. It was noisy and very hot. A difficult nights sleep.
The room was a good size, clean and, comfortable bed and good shower. The price was reasonable as well and there was onsite free parking.
The room had a few minor repairs needed like a broken drawer on chest and bathroom door warping at the bottom. The food was good in the restaurant but the main issue seemed to be the miscommunication amongst restaurant staff which resulted in food or drinks either arriving late or not at all. We weren't the only diners who experienced this. They did reduce the bill though because of the mixup. In their guest room information they stated they didn't provide breakfast, only for us to discover when checking out that they did. But we had decided to get going at this point.
Very clean, friendly staff and welcoming and accommodating. Grounds are clean and v.spacious. room v. Clean and tidy
Room was hot, fans to help, but limited affect. But that's due to our summer more than anything.
