Location
No windows and bedding not big enough for bed
Nothing.
No lift or ramp for pram. Staff very unhelpful and very rude. Didn’t end up staying at the property because it was that bad. Didn’t offer a cot despite me booking with a 10 month old and travelling alone 280 miles to the property. Put me at the very top of the stairs with a baby and couldn’t even fit my pram in the room without the door being unable to open. Couldn’t give a refund (they didn’t agree to one so booking.com offered 9.00 for a £106 hotel despite me not staying either of the nights
Location great. Size of accessible room good.
Decor needs attention. Furniture old and tatty, chair had broken wood not attached to chair. Dust on bed lights,on furniture, cleaning not as thorough as you would expect. Tv not working great.room was cold, had to use extra oil radiator.
Pool table
Not much.
Very run down, threadbare carpets, toilet roll holder falling off, very dowdy- not a patch on what it was like years ago.
As always its a fantastic place to stay good location, clean and the staff are lovely
The bathroom is a little bit too small
Clean, warm, friendly, delicious food, beautiful room, great ambiance.
