The room is reasonably big and very comfortable. The bathroom is clean but too small..

Als Transithotel für eine Nacht hervorragend, ansonsten zu weit weg von der Stadt.

Booking was niet bekend. Personeel sprak nauwelijks Engels. Lang moeten wachten voordat we eindelijk een kamer toegewezen kregen!

L'hôtel se trouve dans un groupe d'immeubles qui regroupe d'autres hôtels et quelques restos. Apparemment, le centre commercial prévu au rez-de-chaussée n'a pas encore convaincu les investisseurs.
Nous avions contacté à plusieurs reprises l'hôtel pour qu'ils viennent nous récupérer à l’aéroport, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse. Par contre, nous avons pu bénéficier de la navette gratuite le lendemain.
La chambre est assez grande, la clim ne pouvait pas se régler et c'était assez froid. La salle de bains est correcte, et l'ensemble est assez bien entretenu.
Le personnel est trop nombreux. Rien qu'à la réception, 4 personnes pour s'occuper du check-in, mais aucune synchro entre eux. Du coup, informations contradictoires...Notre départ avec la navette était prévu à 5h30 du matin, on nous a appelé dans la chambre à 5h en nous demandant de descendre tout de suite, nous avons attendu...30 minutes avant de partir à 5h30.
Comme c'était juste pour une nuit (transit aéroport)...cet hôtel nous a toutefois satisfait, mais nous ne le recommandons pas pour des plus longs séjours.

Un ascenseur sur deux non fonctionnel ce qui rend l’attente interminable. Chambres sans fenêtre et il fait une chaleur à mourir puisqu’aucune climatisation de base n’est fonctionnelle quand vous ne laissez pas votre carte dans l’element De démarrage de l’électricité.

Petit déjeuné inclus très limité.

L’hôtel charge des frais supplémentaires de 50% de la valeur de la nuitée pour une serviette avec du jus de fruit dessus en affirmant qu’il faudra un nettoyage spécial.

Le Wing juste à côté semble vraiment mieux!

Económico, cercano al aeropuerto, muy utilizado por las tripulaciones, desayuno incluido, aunque un poco modesto. Habitación adecuada para el precio.

Super close to airport, got there in 10 minutes. Bit disappointed with breakfast experience, asked for vegetarian but got a big chicken in the box and wasn’t allowed to eat the buffet breakfast after that!

ただ朝のシャトルバスは4:00の次が5:30なのでその中間のフライトだと不便です。

デポジット100,000ルピアが要求され現金のみです。宿泊料はクレジットカードで可能ですが、デポジットのみ現金です。

チェックアウトの際に、全員がデポジットを払っているのに、自分で言い出さないとデポジットを返してもらえません。クレジットカードなら決済を拒否できますが、チェックアウト時に忘れると現金なので後の祭りです。

全ての客から現金でデポジットを取っているのだから、フロントのスタッフが客に言うのが普通だと思いますが…

Staff are welcoming us and free shuttle bus to airport standby for us at morning.

The first day, when I checked in the hotel room at 2pm to 4 pm, I had experienced the aircon wasn’t working..it was very warm with the room facing the afternoons sun.
No one attended to me after 2 complains.., so I packed up my luggage and informed the receptionist that I wanted to reject this room and so I went down to meet them at the receptionist counter got my room changed, But to a much smaller one ☹️.

空港に近くて、ホテルシャトルバスがあり、空港⇔メダン市内間の近代的な電車があるので、車の渋滞に関係なく時間通りの移動ができた。高いタクシー料金や市内の停滞を考えると、安心してビジネス関係に利用できる。

All good except for cold uninspiring breakfast

I had an early flight so the location was perfect. The complimentary shuttle to the airport an added bonus.
I chose business class room as the standard do not have any windows.
The room and amenities was very clean and modern.

If your sleep is easily disturb by sound, skip this hotel. Thin walls.
