Old-fashioned and uncomfortable.
Pros:

This hotel is close to a lovely beach, but the hotel itself is very old-fashioned and shabby. The rooms are quite large but very bare, the lighting is poor and the curtains don't open (though I tied mine back with socks!). The king-size bed has 2 very thin mattresses through which you can feel the boards underneath, and the pillows are small, hard and lumpy. As it was out of season, there were very few staff, and no meals except breakfast, which was served to me by the manager! The best thing about the place is the lovely garden, with trees and shrubs, lots of birds and pretty squirrels. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody, unless they were only staying one or two nights..

Pros:

L'hôtel est vraiment à 3min de la plage de Nilaveli, belle plage encore assez sauvage dans le sens ou il y a encore assez peu de grands hôtels près du rivage. Hôtel idéal pour des backpackers. Vous rencontrerez sûrement comme nous des lézards ou des cafards devant et parfois dans votre chambre. Ça ne nous a pas plus dérangé que ça. Moustiquaire ok. Ventilateur ok. Chambre propre mais rustique.
Enfin, nous avions lu plusieurs commentaires parlant de la nourriture qui était meilleur et moins cher dans le restaurant d'en face. Nous n'avons pas goûté la cuisine de l'hôtel, mais avons passé nos 3 jours à manger au "Nilaveli Moon" petit déjeuné et diner. C'était succulent et vraiment très bon marché. Bouteille d'eau moins cher en face aussi.

Pros:

Hatten einen netten Empfang sowie die Lage am wunderschönen Strand. Gutes WiFi im Garten. Gutes Essen.
Zimmer waren sehr einfach aber ok, für 3 Tage am Strand hat es gepasst.
