Village Cave House Hotel

HI,
I've been in a cave hotel in Matera Italy. This one you can not compare is a magic place every morning you wake up. A good location a fantastic view the owner Onur will do anything he can you to feel comfortable and well come. I was impressed with their service 'no need to go into details' one thing i can say you feel home. The Air Balloons booking was done in advance by him and assured I have my reserved day. The hotel location is in the centre city of Gorem where by walking you can walk either for a gelato or a snack or just wondering around and look to those big huge mushrooms, something rarely to see unique places. My trip was to locate a good cave
hotel which I did and the Air Balloons trip which successfully accomplished. I feel very lucky to able to do this trip.

Good experience in cave house. Nice view from our room. I could see many balloons in every morning. It was nice memory in Cappadocia.

Fantastic stay! We stayed there as a girls trip and we wanted to visit Capadoccia to see the hot air balloons.
The staff is so helpful and wonderful!
The bedroom is wonderful and I highly recommend the hotel!
Breakfast was also delicious and I highly recommend the Turkish coffee of Aytep. It was the best Turkish coffee I ever had !!!!

Very lovely hotel in a fantastic town. Could watch the balloons every morning right from our front porch, or if you want a short 5-10 minute walk uphill to sunset point. Would highly recommend this place. A true cave hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and had a cosy and welcoming stay throughout.

The room is spacious and it feels cooling even in the summer. The perks of staying in a cave hotel.
The bed has the right firmness for me and comfortable bedding. Every night was a good night rest for me.

Communication with Mr Onur via WhatsApp was a breeze. It was easy to arrange airport transfer and it costs 360 TL per way for each person. The pickup service was a shared service with others from different hotels which are mostly close by.

The hotel is on an elevated hill which offers a spectacular view of the major streets in Goreme. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the different levels and types of outdoor seatings in the terrace to take in the breathtaking view.

On a side note, the toilet bowl was lacking water and ants were found building nest in the lavatory. Which the hotel was informed and I believe they will take further actions to resolve it.

Not forgetting the breakfast selection is decent and flavorful.

The hotel is quite close to the city centre, approximately 5 minutes downhill walk.

In all, the hotel is valued for money and a relaxing stay.

Very cool. This is not just a hotel, it is an experience. Views are fantastic. 2 minute walk to downtown Goreme.

If you plan to photograph the balloons this hotel is perfectly located. The exterior walls of the structure are covered with terraces which offer outstanding views. The balloons are front-lit from this side of the valley, showing their best color and they seem to drift right over your room. It's an easy walk to many good restaurants. Unfortunately the staff seemed unable to fix the faulty WiFi or to remember to ask the owner to reset the router. However, the thoughtful hotel owner provided “taxi service” to a second hotel in Goreme . (Local taxis don’t drive around town. 🤷‍♀️ )

This hotel is the best located in Goreme. The views are incredible and the location is right by the city center, shops, restaurants and more. It is a REAL cave hotel and has many terraces to view the balloons in the morning. It does not get crowded!
It was so easy to communicate with the hotel prior to my arrival and they helped me book my balloon flight, which was the best! The owner Onur offered incredible hospitality along with Hakan, they were always attentive and ready to help with anything I needed. Look no further and book your stay!! I cant wait to be back!

If you are in Goreme, get the Best location at Village cave house hotel. It’s actually made in Caves. With excellent view . You can see full view from the balcony of the whole city and enjoy watching hot air balloons sipping tea Early at 5 am.. The owner Mr Onur has kept the property clean, affordable .

I had a truly lovely experience in Capadocia in this hotel: lovely food, lovely people, amazing guide. 10/10 experience. I would totally recommend it to everyone. Very organised place and always on point. They are very hospitable and kind.

We had an oustanding 5-day stay at Village Cave House. This true family hotel located just below Sunset View hill boasts amazing rooms carved in the rocks with access to terraces overlooking Göreme. Owner Onur went out of his way to help us secure a balloon flight during our stay despite a weather-related cancellation on our scheduled date. He also gave us plenty of tips and explanations and what to do and see, as Cappadocia has a lot to offer beyond the main touristic points, like Soganli valley, Gümüsler monastery or Açik Saray in Gülsehir. Coming back at this hotel after a day of discoveries had a homy feeling that is worth a lot!

This was a very unique hotel that blended with the history of the area. The staff were very hard working, friendly and helpful. There is no elevator so luggage has to be carried up to the rooms. The bed was not a modern bed. Our bathroom had a shower only, no tub. Breakfast was included but no cook to order hot food. This hotel had the very best views of the town, the hot air balloons that pass by in the morning, and sunset. We could see the town from the balcony of our room. It was a wonderful experience staying here!

Excellent and authentic rooms that are actually real caves adapted for a pleasant stay. An ideal location ten minutes from the center and just as many from one of the panoramic views. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Even though the balloon flights were canceled due to weather conditions, they immediately responded to our request and booked us on a flight to another location (1 hour from Goreme). At the last minute, we asked to go on the red tour, to which Onur immediately responded and booked us places. When we asked for a rent a car, we had a vehicle available in 15 minutes. I fully recommend it to anyone looking for authentic rooms, beautiful views and very helpful staff.

Village Caves House Hotel, was turned out to be a welcoming hotel very homely with homemade and tasty meals. The rooms are confortable and spacious.
Abdi and Ayten welcomed us wonderfully and we were treated like kings.

One of the best experiences I've ever had. The rooms and common spaces are beautiful. The service was completely exceptional! Abdi, Ayten and Fati are absolutely extraordinary. I don't remember being treated as well in any country as by these gentlemen. The food was delicious, great quality and good presentation. Congratulations.
