Perfect.
Pros:

Central location, excellent breakfast and choice.
Staff polite, helpful and professional.
Beautifully decorated hotel , great Indian restaurant near by and pub with live music within walking distance. Met the owner by chance, lovely chap. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

No toilet brush in bathroom.

Excellent, would definitely recommend and we will stay there again.
Pros:

Could not fault the hotel or the staff. Hotel is in the heart of the old part of Penrith. Free parking is a bonus and only 1 min from the hotel.

Cons:

The only small bit of criticism and this is me being really picky, the breakfast menus would be better laminated (presentation).

Great hotel, lovely & cozy rooms. Perfect location for staying in penrith.
Pros:

We got an unexpected surprise on arrival by getting a free upgrade, the room was perfect.
Super comfy bed, great size room, spotlessly clean, and a lovely view of outside the hotel.
Perfect location and free parking at the back.
Staff all very friendly.
Couldnt ask for anything more.

Everything was fantastic, room exceptional, very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Magnificent breakfast, enough to keep you going all day!

Cons:

Car park was slightly hard to find but once in car park was easy to find hotel doors with their wonderful little video

Very pleasant and comfortable room in a good convenient location. And I got a free upgrade!

Breakfast was very good, almost too much cooked food.

Cons:

Tiny details in the room. No water in the flask.Taps wrongly labelled - cold was red, hot was blue.
