Pros:

I have a book with breakfast 4 rooms for 2 days and surprised to know the last day at the time mid of breakfast, a family was there in our booking not showing breakfast so the staff's behaviour felt harsh & forcefully that we have to pay before leaving the hotel €15/- each persons. Finally, during check out they charged €240/ for members of the family. I need a refund with excuses the staff behaviours in front of family members.

방이 큼 야외테라스에서 조식먹을 수 있음

별4개 호텔이라기에는 조금 아쉬움 3개가 적당할듯.
침구가 깨끗해보이지 않있고 침대쪽 전등(?)에 먼지가 싸여있았음.

Pros:

I arrived early, and the young Indian staff member at reception kindly let me check in two hours before my scheduled reservation time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was absolutely amazing.
